Precision installed one of our garage door openers a number of years ago. After PNM replaced our electric meter on Saturday, that garage door opener would close but automatically open again. We called Precision, hoping for an early Monday appointment. (We did disable the opener so it would remain closed.) We were pleased to find out they could come on Sunday at no extra charge. Aaron came and fixed the opener in no time. Everything was done professionally -- phone call, text with Aaron's picture, etc. We will definitely call Precision for any garage door needs!

I had called 2 other companies who advertised garage door servicing, repairs, etc. but neither one sounded interested in what I needed (I wasn't even sure what I needed!), or they couldn't come at a time that was convenient for me (Saturday). When I called Precision I was amazed. Everyone very courteous and so eager to fix whatever the problem was. I expected to have to wait a week or two but was thrilled when I was scheduled for the very next day, which was a Saturday. The job was finished in a few hours; the young man who did the installation was great! Knew exactly what to do, explained everything so I could understand it; provided options for services, parts, costs. I am extremely pleased with the result.

I was told your staff would arrive between 4 and 6 which would have been within 2 hours after I called which I thought was very fair. Called in to have my garage door get its maintenance service. First off the tech Kevin was excellent. I give him 5 Stars. However my disappointment is with your trip charge. That is extremely redicules price wise for what I called in for, tech wasn't even here that long. Plus for being a previous customer who had his garage door repaired by you just 2 years ago and got the lifetime warranty that should have covered the trip charge cost. At that is what I was told when I purchased the lifetime warranty last time out. I'm truly disappointed. Hopefully you can make this right.

Precision Door had replaced my springs on the door and the rollers 3-4 years ago and did a good job. When the opener failed I called them and they were able to replace it without a long wait time others had quoted. When a problem has occurred (all minor) they have been super responsive! I have no problem recommending them.
