Craig repaired a garage door at my mother's house on 1/24/14. He called to let me know he was on his way and the repair was done quickly. Instead of needing a new spring, we have a new set of rollers. The 50+ yr old door still looks like new and it no longer squeaks. I appreciated his honesty and will call Precision in the future.

I called to make an appointment and they made same day appointment. He was running late, but called me to let me know and provided better time frame. The service tech was very helpful in repairing the door. He provided various solutions to fix the door that would best fit our budget. He was very professional and provided excellent customer service. The technician did a good job installing the door frame, door rails, and door. However, I was not pleased with the way the rubber seal was kinked due to a wrapping strap during shipment. This kind in the rubber seal creates an air gap between the bottom of the garage door and the floor. The installer said the kink in the rubber seal will go away when the weather warms up. Until the kink goes away or the rubber seal is replaced I do not consider this installation completed in an acceptable manner.

I called and asked for a free estimate. Availability was great, and they were able to send a tech out the next morning. I was bewildered and disappointed to find that the estimate was free, but there was a service charge of $49.95+tax for the tech to come out and give the estimate.
