The name of Precision Door has been well-known to me for years. When I called, I was glad to learn that your company would provide service in Edgewood, NM. One severely damaged door was completely replaced, including reinforcement of the door and a new track. Another door was okay, but the track had wear and gunk from years of abandonment and mice/pack-rats. A new track and rollers was installed for that door. Awesome work, all while carefully avoiding disturbance of a huge owl nest with babies that was in the rafters between the two track sides. I really appreciated the care taken to protect the owl family. Again, Ryan was awesome to work with, along with his two-man crew.

Ryan called, arrived on schedule. He helped me decide what was needed for one full door replacement that would hold up in high wind. He also helped plan some replacement for a door which is still useable but needs track and wheel work. Ryan was very courteous and amiable. I enjoyed visiting with him while we looked over the barn door problems. I felt like I had made a friend. Prices quoted were fair, and work schedule was clearly explained.

We used Precision a few years ago to repair a broken garage door spring and they were great. Recently we have been looking to install upgraded garage doors (carriage doors) to increase the value of our home and improve the outward appearance. Like the review below, at first we were frustrated a tech had to come out for the estimate. It seems like we should get an estimate online. However, unlike the review below, we are extremely glad we had Lorenzo come out for our estimate! He took the time to measure our doors (odd size), review clearance concerns with the types of doors we wanted, honestly evaluate the condition of our existing hardware, take into consideration the environment where we live and many more factors. He made several phone calls to confirm various factors. The price was far lower than we expected. We were also pleased to learn Precision not only hauls off old doors, but recycles them! And the warranty was excellent for the doors, finish, hardware, etc. In this day and age of instant gratification, it's people like Lorenzo that make us slow down and realize that is is worthwhile to get an expert to really understand the situation. Had we gone with an order from someone who didn't come look at our home, we'd have garage doors that wouldn't work or had limited warranties. Not only was Lorenzo knowledgeable and meticulously thorough, he was extremely polite and even arrived 5 minutes early (to a 1.5 hr appointment time slot - that never happens!). We highly recommend Precision and Lorenzo.

Just wanted to say that Gary was polite, professional, knowledgeable and courteous, Gary called ahead of time for scheduled appointment and asked if he could arrive earlier than scheduled appointment and of course I told him absolutely. he analyzed the issue and told me what the cost upfront would be and also showed me different options I could go with. he performed the job accurately and had everything done in a short time, Gary also explained and showed me everything after he completed the job. 6 Stars!! When the spring broke on my garage door, I knew I needed to secure service quickly. Your website, with its informative videos, professional appearance and 24/7 service quickly got my attention. Within 24 hours Rudy arrived with his cheerful smile and efficient knowledge. Along with the door repair, Rudy explained the improved rollers (sealed bearings)which I chose to do. I inquired for a replacing of the bottom seal, and Rudy went above and beyond to assure the new seal was a good tight fit when closed-especially at the corners. I live in a rural area, so this is important with the variety of nature looking for shelter! I enjoyed visiting with Rudy about his family, camping, how long he has worked with you, and the best pizza in the region right here in Edgewood! Our technician, Ryan, was on time, very courteous, and knowledgeable. He immediately figured out the problem and said "Oh, that's an easy fix." He inspected, adjusted, and lubricated everything and had it back to working quickly. When asked about a (non-essential) part, he recommended we buy and install it ourselves to save money. He recommended regular inspection/maintenance we should do to prolong the life of the opener and was knowledgeable about life spans of openers and springs.
