Our opener stopped working this morning. I called Precision and they were able to come out within 2 hours. Corey was efficient and knowledgeable. He explained things clearly and gave us various options to resolve our issue. We ended up buying a new garage door opener which he installed quickly. He also greased the various moving parts. Our door opens so quietly now! Thanks for the great service.

I had a garage door and opener installed about three weeks ago. Amazing service. Today I was hearing a popping noise when the garage door closed. I called precision and a tech (Cory) called me within minutes. He drove from Albuquerque to Santa Fe to check out the door. He inspected it and got it working smoothly. I could not believe that he made the trip to Santa Fe and didn’t schedule me some other time when he had other appointments in town. I highly recommend Precision Door. Very impressed!

When the spring broke on one of my garage doors, I decided it was time to have the old openers replaced at the same time. The Precision rep called me within 30 minutes of my online inquiry, answered my questions and scheduled an appointment. Corey showed up on time, provided quotes and options and finished everything in one trip. I found him to be professional, personable and thorough. I would absolutely recommend Precision. Very good customer service. Appointment scheduled. Technician on time. Technician very polite but was pushing all the time to replace the whole garage door opener instead of trying to fix mine’s. Tech told me they didn’t have parts to fix my opener. He didn’t even check what was really bad with my opener. Motor, board?? He pointed as an sprocket and I proved to him there was nothing wrong with sprocket and switch mechanism. New Installation was quick but I called for a repair, I was expecting a technician to troubleshoot , determine root cause and propose a repair. BTW, I was not in a hurry for a repair, I could easily wait for a part if needed. I am extremely disappointed that they just wanted to replace the whole thing and of course charge me a lot of money. Please be really careful when you call for a service repair.

I was having my garage door opener replaced and noticed that the spring was broken. I found Precision on line and booked an appointment for the next morning. I'm glad I did. Corey, the technician, was absolutely AWESOME! Not only replaced the spring, but went over the workings of the door and proper maintenance. He even went over the installation of the new garage door opener that the Lowe's handyman had installed the day before and corrected a number of mistakes that had been made! Terrific service. Ever watch your old garage door just freeze, fold, and die in front of you? I did. Called Precision on New Year's Day. Had someone out the next day to evaluate and price out the COMPLETE replacement. Plus a senior discount! Hurray! In less than 24 hours later (the next day), Cory was here with my beautiful new door and the entire mechanisms needed. Expertly installed, runs beautifully. Plus he was very pleasant and explained the procedure patiently. Great company!
