My neighborhood is about is about 18 years old. Three neighbors have already had to replace garage door springs and also the garage door. I have replaced rollers many times and had other repairs done to my garage and it was time for a replacement before things got worse. One of my neighbors had her garage door replaced by Precision Door and only had good things to say. I called and was able to schedule a sales appointment within a few days with Robert White. He quickly gave me 3 electronic estimates and I booked an intall appointment the next week. The workers showed up on time and had my old one taken down and the new one installed in about 2 1/2 hours. They were very efficient. They hooked it up to my existing garage door opener and checked the operation to make sure all was working. The overall experience was great and would recommend to other neighbors. Give them a try. I would give them 5 stars

My garage door was falling off the hinges and I called Precision to come out and see if we could repair it. The estimate they provided gave me 3 options, fix it with minimal repairs, fix it with new parts, or replace the door. Since this was for my grand kids we choose to replace the old and unsafe door. The estimator called and set up an installation for the same day, I was amazed that they were able to do it that quickly. When the installers came they were professional, and quick. They removed the old door and opener and replace it with a new one with safety sensors, new opener, wireless keypad, and 3 car openers. In and Out in less than 3 hours, cleaning as they went. My garage was as clean when they left as it was when they got there. I would definitely use them again.

I was expecting a slow response and an even slower install. Not only were they at the house shortly after 8 a.m., but the install can be done today. I had a couple other companies coming out for an estimate, but I immediately canceled those appointments. Yea Precision!

I was only getting a repair, but Rudy gave us some very good reasons why we should consider a new door. Because our door was at least 50 years old and because your product is very good, we decided to go with the new door instead of repair. Rudy was very helpful with information but did not pressure us into making the decision. All my dealings with this company have been very professional and friendly and I am pleased with my experience. They could even install the new door the next day.

Precision sent out Gary as first. We agreed our broken, dented garage door was not fixable and was oversized. He gave me a quote that reasonable and a time frame over the holidays. Next came the installation team 3 weeks later as stated. They worked hard and finished an hour before they predicted.

I needed to have my garage door repaired as it was having problems on opening. I was told that the rollers could be replaced but that wouldn't solve my real problem which was the door itself. So I went ahead with a new door. Within several days they arrived to install my new door. It has worked very well ever since.

All of the company employees with whom I had contact were nice, courteous people who worked to see that I was able to have the garage door I needed ordered and installed. The 2 men who installed the door worked quickly and cleaned up the work area before they left. They also made sure I understood the workings of my new door before leaving. I was very happy with this company and would recommend.

This company is just wonderful to work with. Just hours after my teenager backed through our double garage door, Precision was there to get the vehicle out and a very accurate estimate.
