I called ,they were able to come out tonight .James Magee sent me a text with picture that he was on his way and asked if it’s ok to come earlier.(yes good for me) I knew who to expect was nice.He gave me choices and explained all of them after he figured the problem out .He was very friendly and professional and got the job done fast. Fernando was our technician and he did a great job on a 20 year old motor. He told me exactly what he was doing and what to expect from the tune up. He could have sold me a new motor, but felt it was worth trying to make the necessary adjustments before making the larger financial investment. This gave me time to save up $$$ for when the motor would no longer be repaired. Fernando was polite and completed adjustments in a timely manner. Great service. Thank you.

I called Percision this morning because my garage door would not open. THey sent out a technican Frankie L. to check on the problem in less than an hour. Frankie came in and saw the problem in about 1 min and explained to me what had happen. Then we talked about what was needed to complete the job and he also took care of some other issues to keep my garage door running smoothly and he even set my remote to work in my car. Love that idea in case I forget my remote I have one in the car. He was very friendly and professional. He did the work as he stated that needed to be done and did not try to pick out things I didn't need. I appreciate that in a good business company. Me and my mom are both happy.
