We called Precision Door Service because our garage door would not close properly. They set up an appointment for the very next day. Talk about service!!!! Earlier today, Rudy, from Precision showed up exactly when the company said he would. He was very professional, explaining exactly what he would be doing. I liked that I could find your company online to research your business, technicians and ratings. Rudy was early. I appreciated receiving a call from him to find out if it was okay to arrive early. I was happy to have him do that. He was friendly, professional and helpful. Rudy quickly assessed the problem, resolved it and gave easy instructions on how to fix the garage door opener if it occurred again. Thank you for the fast, courteous and professional service. I called for a repair and within an hour I was already getting a call from the technician to tell me he was 20 minutes out. So they had a very fast response time and Gary was extremely professional and not pushy when giving me the quotes and packages they offer. I thought it would take hours to repair the spring and do everything else and it took less than an hour. All in all very courteous, quick, and stress free. I would definitely suggest this company for any repairs.

Max installed my garage door opener. Very professional,very courteous. The garage door openers are expensive but have a lifetime warranty. Two days prior to Max installing my garage door opener Max came out to fix my garage door at 10:30 p.m. with no attitude, just a great personality. Ask for Max, he is the best. Thanks Max
