A few years ago, this company was available after hours installed my new garage door opener and always very helpful. Today my service was for regular inspection , maintenance and install a new smart garage video keypad the technician showed me how to use it and how to install the battery when it needs to be recharged. Answered all my questions, very courteous and professional. A awesome company

My spring broke on a Friday afternoon with my car stuck inside my garage. I needed to find someone who could fix it over the weekend otherwise I wouldn’t be able to get it fixed until Wednesday due to a stucco project starting Monday. I went to the Chat on Precision’s site to check availability. They got James out here Saturday morning and I was up and running in an hour. James was quick, professional, friendly and helpful. I was given 3 options for other items on the garage door that would be helpful for performance or maintenance. I was able to make the selection of what I wanted done with absolutely no pressure to do more. I highly recommend Precision.

I learn more about garage doors than I ever had known when it was all said, and done this garage door was set to perfection. You can’t hardly even hear it roll up and down, so thank you for all your advice and thank you for getting us set up and it’s nice to have a 10 year warranty and know that our garage door is finally put up the right way with the right parts. James was an excellent communicator both texting and calling with his estimated arrival time. He immediately was able to diagnose my problem which required a new spring loaded system to operate my door. James didn’t try to “up-sell” me any new equipment (ie motor) although I will likely need one in the near future. I would definitely use precision Door again when needed.
