Precision originally installed my garage door in 1986! Until recently I've had no problems with it. Gary was here to upgrade the springs a year or so ago. Today Lorenzo arrived early - with a warning call! - and was actually done before he was scheduled to arrive! Now that is service. I will certainly call Precision should the need arise again.

This is the second time I have used Precision Garage door, once at my old home and now at my new one. The work was precise and made a big difference in the way my garage door sounded and the new opener is fabulous too. Options and survey of needs was discussed and work was done quickly. Then he took as much time as I needed to help set up phone, opener and door codes, explaining and answering all my questions.

Precision installed my door originally. I have had very little difficulty with the quality of the door or the installation. Today, the door was not functioning properly. Lorenzo came to my hone, listened to me describe the problem and he knew exactly what to do. Lorenzo was personable and courteous and repaired the malfunction rapidly. Chris was great! He was so thorough and explained things so well to me. He went above and beyond what he probably needed to do so that I would be completely satisfied, and I am. Incidentally, I saw the Precision van driving near my home, and I remembered the name so I could call your service later. One of the things I read on the van was "same day service" and I was delighted to have that. I'm very pleased. Chris does an excellent job!

Precision installed one of our garage door openers a number of years ago. After PNM replaced our electric meter on Saturday, that garage door opener would close but automatically open again. We called Precision, hoping for an early Monday appointment. (We did disable the opener so it would remain closed.) We were pleased to find out they could come on Sunday at no extra charge. Aaron came and fixed the opener in no time. Everything was done professionally -- phone call, text with Aaron's picture, etc. We will definitely call Precision for any garage door needs!

Asked your company to come look at my garage door issue. The technician came out and saw that the carriage screw drive assembly was stripped out and said "oh, yeah. That means everything needs to be replaced. Motor, carriage assembly, wheels/bearings, springs and wires". He then provided me an estimate for $986.00. I thanked him for his time and sent him on his way. I even told him that I would be selling my house in less than 6 months, so I wanted a cheap solution. Not happy with him trying to tell me everything had to be replaced. I then ordered the carriage assembly from Amazon for $17./95 and watched a quick video on YouTube and fixed it myself.

We had Precision install our new garage door and opener two years ago, and it is still the quietest door we've ever had. I needed an additional garage door opener to replace one I'd lost (my reason for today's visit), and they took care of me quickly and thoroughly, guiding me through the steps to sync my new opener with the garage unit. I've used other garage door companies in Albuquerque prior to having Precision do our replacement door and equipment, but I'll never call anyone else but them for repairs or replacements.

Called for information about 3:20 p.m. and “Jenny” told me I could get the job done that afternoon. Lorenzo was assigned the job and was friendly and very knowledgeable about the products in question to help me decide which would be best for what I wanted. He did the job quickly but carefully, reviewed what he had done, and checked all components to assure installation was flawless. Before he left, we did the app install and demonstrated how each opener functioned. He loaded up the old opener, picked up all trash and tools he used, and left no sign he had ever been there!
