Matt Papas did a great job. My system is an older one with vertical extension springs. Matt was able use his stock springs, added S hooks and installed them. The door opener was applying excessive force and he reasoned that it would be better to have the door be heaver to the system and put in lighter springs. The door appears to be working much better overall. Well done!

Called Precision for door repair because they installed the door 2 years ago and I was very happy with their service. I appreciate that they provide info re: the technician they are sending and that the tech calls when they are on their way. The garage door operator needed to be reset after the power to the house had been out for a few hours. Tyler was good to listen to my description of the issue and quickly had the issue solved. He also did a full inspection and tune up. When finished he reviewed his findings and the steps he took to insure that the door is functions optimally. The door is now running as quietly and smoothly as when it was new. I am very pleased with the service provided by Precision. Very prompt, professional and efficient. Thank You!

Matt Let me know when he would be here and got everything up and running, including door openers that were not working before, in short order. They installed my door originally and I'll use them again.

Kevin came out and serviced our garage doors. He was actually here before the schedule time and was done very quickly. He upgraded the wheels in both our doors and now they are smoother and quieter than the ones we had. This is the second house we have owned where we used Precision Door. We are very happy with their service and will keep using them for years to come.

Kevin was very knowledgeable and professional and was here in no time and I didn’t have to wait. He fixed the runners on door, fixed the light on motor and code for outside panel. I would definitely recommend Kevin and Precision Door Service!

Precision was recommended to me by a friend that is very picky about home services. So the recommendation alone speaks well of Precision. But when the service person, Tyler, came out to assess and complete the job, I formed my own opinion on this awesome company. I will highly recommend anyone to use them and will use them in the future as well. I was scheduled promptly, Sent a text with Tyler’s picture and introduction before he arrived. He courteously called before he got to my home. He was friendly yet professional. He brought all the supplies needed with him and did an efficient but thorough job. My new garage unit is pleasantly quiet and it came I believe at a fair price. Five stars, a thumbs up and a big thanks to Precision!

Thank you all for the quick service to repair our garage door. We were unable to get out of the garage. Tyler A was so pleasant and made time to get here Sat instead of Monday. You are our go to folks. Thanks again.

I needed help right away with my 16 year old garage door opener and Precision was able to send Kevin to help us. I decided last minute to have opener changed out rather than trouble shoot the old garage opener. Kevin quickly gave me an acceptable quote and was able to install it that day. Kevin did a great job, was courteous, and we will use Precision again for our garage door needs. Thank you

Kevin was amazing! On time, quick & thorough work, very personable. We will be using Precision in the future for any garage door work we need. We were in a predicament with one of our cars held hostage inside our garage when the door broke so time was of the essence...thanks for being available on a Saturday and sending Kevin at 8:00am!!!

Lorenzo was on time and personable. He did an excellent job explaining the problem. Then he told me exactly what needed to be done to get the garage door working again. I'm very pleased! He also went over and above showing me how to use the garage door opener! Thank You Lorenzo!

Quick response to a broken opener. Keven was professional and speedy, while going above and beyond by lubing and adjusting the doors for the same price. Great service at a reasonable price. Thanks Keven!

The guy that did work was good and it works right but did not explain the bill before he started the work right and at the end said he needed $220.00 for rollers when I have it under warranty so the reality manger had to pay it with his credit card and was not happy and I am upset about it . Should have all been covered if not let people know before you do it .

Precision originally installed my garage door in 1986! Until recently I've had no problems with it. Gary was here to upgrade the springs a year or so ago. Today Lorenzo arrived early - with a warning call! - and was actually done before he was scheduled to arrive! Now that is service. I will certainly call Precision should the need arise again.
