When my garage door went out last year I had to do some fast research. I chose Precision because they seemed to have the most flexible hours of operation. They really catered to the customer's needs. Just yesterday when the motor went out on my garage door opener, I called Precision immediately because they did such a great job a year earlier. Since my husband passed away 3 yrs ago, I have had to learn to deal with all of the home repairs in my household. He was the ultimate handy man so I never worried about this kind of stuff. We have used Precision before for repairs on our garage door and were very pleased when we did. I called them again because I knew they would make the repair efficiently. I called on Monday and they were here on Tuesday. The repairman was friendly and knowledgeable and had our repair done quickly and answered all our questions without hesitation. He installed a surge protector, cleaned up the springs, replaced some of the hardware and helped in engaging the opener in one of our cars to the garage door's motor eliminating the need for an automatic hand held opener in that car.
