I called Precision Garage Door Service this morning a 9:54AM and by 10:45AM James arrived to fix my garage door opener. He was able to fix the door to close completely, however, he mentioned that he didn't know how long it would last since the motor was over 10 years old. So, I decided to replace the motor because I was afraid I would have more issues and more additional cost. James was able to replace it by 12:45PM. He was very courteous and professional. Thank you James!!

Great service. Technician James drove 90 some miles to come look at our garage door. It is an old door but he was able to quickly repair it and offer advice on a replacement. Nice that we now get up budget and decide our next steps while still having a working door.

It was on a Saturday and I was rushing to meet my granddaughter for lunch. I pulled out of my driveway and no matter what I tried, my garage door refused to close. I called a company I had used before and of course they were closed and could not be reached on the weekend. I then called Precision and they were at my home in 30 minutes. They were very courteous and knowlegeable and had my problem fixed quickly. I would highly recommend them!

I'm so thankful for your company - and for Matt Chwirka - who managed to come out on such short notice. I had the old fashioned extension spring and cabling, but (unbeknownst to me) the pin from the bottom bracket was wearing down because of misalignment. Despite my best efforts to regularly maintain my doors, that's one area I suppose I took for granted and didn't check. The misalignment created pressure on the cabling which then created a sharp edge on the pin. That edge eventually cut through the cabling, sending the spring (which Matt explained didn't have a safety cable through it) flying loosely...unfortunately, right into the windshield of my wife's new 2026 Ford Mustang (insert cringe here). Although I was hoping to replace the part, which I thought could be upgraded to a Milford Pin bottom bracket, Matt explained all the logical and safety reasons why it would be better to upgrade, and we are so glad we did. Matt gave us several options, explaining every detail, which gave us the confidence to pick without feeling pressured. Despite a deluge coming down during all this, Matt was so very pleasant and quick and we're so pleased with our decision. Thank you!!

$800 to replace springs and some wire and wasn’t clear that my motor wouldn’t be connected. Springs were replaced but I have to open my garage by hand. Communication of service was poor. I would’ve refused knowing I’d have to open my door by hand. Tech was friendly but did not explain what the outcome was going to be.

They were very responsive when I needed same day service at my new address. The garage door leaked badly, and the garage was full of stuff when major rainy weather started. Gary showed up the same day I called and did a very professional job of remediation. No more leaks!

I chose Precision door because I have used them in the past. I have never been disappointed in the service that I have received. My most recent service was fantastic. The representative was prompt, professional, and extremely courteous. A thorough inspection was performed on my existing equipment, and I was given a quote and prompt installation of new equipment.

I am writing concerning the fact that I neither received my payment receipt for the work i did have performed or my estimates of repair vs replacement i was told I'd get via email. I'm sure it's just an oversight.

Tony did a fantastic job for me. He quickly assessed the weaknesses present and was able to fix everything at the same time without having to come back. He got me set up for a warranty plan that makes me feel comfortable. We used your company in the past and I have been late in getting a maintenance check so it was definitely needed. Thank you!!!
