Called early in the morning and the job was completed same day. My door was still in working order but showing signs of being tired and in need of service. Rep showed up right on scheduled time and made an assessment of should be done. He explained the options and asked what I wanted to do. I chose to do more than I originally intended because I was looking for a long-term solution, not just the cheapest fix. Rep did the job quickly and programmed the vehicle buttons to operate the door. I am impressed by how quiet the door operates now and am very happy with the results even though I spent more than I originally expected. I am happy.

We were stuck at home with our garage door spring broken and we were unable to open the door (we are seniors and didn't have the strength). Our neighbor came and opened the door so we could get our car out. I was really unsettled with the garage door not opening and called for emergency service. On a Saturday we had a serviceman within an hour. He explained the issue and did an additional inspection. After showing us the three options we made a choice and received a senior discount too. My neighbor informed me that the best garage door company in Santa Fe is Precision Door Service. Lorenzo arrived on time and discussed options of repairing the garage door versus replacement. I decided to replace the garage door since it was old, ugly and needed a lot of work. In fact the old door only had one spring instead of two! Their prices were very reasonable and I highly recommend them.
