I chose Precision because they helped with a prior problem about 4-5 years ago. My garage door coil spring needed replacement. Repairs were needed immediately because the door was stuck in the open position. Precision came out on a Sunday to repair it. Today, my garage door opener was replaced. Matt was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained all the features of the opener and left my garage spotless. I really like how quietly the door opens and closes now.

The coil spring on my garage door broke in the afternoon and by that evening the door was fixed. I called about 3:00 pm and received a same day appointment between 4:00 and 6:00 pm. The technician Allen Sallis communicated his expected arrival shortly after calling for service. He arrived and did a complete assessment of my garage door. The door is 25 years old and he made several recommendations to us that should be done to bring the door hardware back to good working order in addition to replacing the coil spring. He presented a detailed estimate that included several options and we agreed on what needed to be done. He had all the parts on his truck and was able to complete the work in about 45 minutes. The door is working perfectly and we could not be happier.
