We live in the country -a distance from ABQ and not many garage door companies are willing to come this far, but not Precision Garage Door. We have two garage doors and after 25 years the motor assembly failed on both, not at the same time. We called Precision and within two days Lorenzo Herrera was here. Just as they said he would be. He is very professional with a friendly personality. The new units were installed and set up. He explained the functions and even set the time. We strongly recommend Precision Garage Door and will tell our friends and neighbors as well.

I accidentally hit my garage door with my car and it broke a few hinges and It would not close. I called for emergency service and they quoted in-between 6-8 pm. My tech arrived promptly at 6 and was gone by 7. Door fixed. Tech was friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them and use them again to replace the old door.

Called early in the morning and the job was completed same day. My door was still in working order but showing signs of being tired and in need of service. Rep showed up right on scheduled time and made an assessment of should be done. He explained the options and asked what I wanted to do. I chose to do more than I originally intended because I was looking for a long-term solution, not just the cheapest fix. Rep did the job quickly and programmed the vehicle buttons to operate the door. I am impressed by how quiet the door operates now and am very happy with the results even though I spent more than I originally expected. I am happy.

We were stuck at home with our garage door spring broken and we were unable to open the door (we are seniors and didn't have the strength). Our neighbor came and opened the door so we could get our car out. I was really unsettled with the garage door not opening and called for emergency service. On a Saturday we had a serviceman within an hour. He explained the issue and did an additional inspection. After showing us the three options we made a choice and received a senior discount too.
