This is the second time I have used Precision Garage door, once at my old home and now at my new one. The work was precise and made a big difference in the way my garage door sounded and the new opener is fabulous too. Options and survey of needs was discussed and work was done quickly. Then he took as much time as I needed to help set up phone, opener and door codes, explaining and answering all my questions.

Lorenzo was at our place in time, quickly identified the issues, gave us a good professional assessment of our options without forcing us to make a choice. He did all the repair work in one visit having all spare parts in the truck (we explained the nature of the problem a day before over the phone). He also gave us clear operational instructions. Gary was awesome! He responded promptly and called when he was 20 minutes away and communicated what he was doing at every turn. He was thorough and informative and very, very neat about his work and cleanup afterwards. Our garage door was hanging half on/half off and we were pleasantly surprised that someone could be scheduled so quickly on a holiday weekend. Gary and Precision - you rock!

I called on a Friday afternoon to see when I could get service. To my surprise I was immediately offered a Saturday morning appointment. The technician showed up promptly and did an excellent job. I really appreciated getting all the different estimates for repairs versus replacement. The work was done quickly and efficiently and my garage door opener is working great now. It was wonderful to get such prompt and excellent service.

Found the team on the web, called and got an immediate answer. Set appointment for Saturday am. Gary arrived ahead of schedule and was very professional and courteous. We discussed options and he went to work. I was taken back by his efficiency. Done in no time. He reviewed repairs, ran through the system and he handle the billing by explaining all aspects. Amazing service! My garage door wouldn't open so I was trapped with no way to get the car out. Precision responded to my emergency call and had a tech out in only a few hours! Lorenzo was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely polite. He explained everything thoroughly, didn't try to pressure me into anything. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND both Precision and the tech Lorenzo.
