Installer was knowledgeable and confident and explained my options for the repair of my damaged garage door panel which would open but would not close. My garage door opener was old as well so he gave me options for a replacement which I took advantage off. He had everything on his truck available for the repair of the door and a replacement door opener. He was pleasant and cared about my satisfaction overall. I really liked my technician but when the job was done I had a noisy garage door when it opened with one wheel not on the track. Ergo, a perfect working garage door which I had installed 10 years ago now acted like it had spasms and would leap out of the track.
