"Great 5-star service from James! We originally called to fix a broken spring on one door, but he ended up servicing both of our doors, including installing new springs, rollers, and sensors. Fast, professional, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!"

The technician was excellent. I have a complaint about your charges. When I called to make an appointment, the representative told me that the the total amount would be $275.00 I repeated it to make sure. Because the company that was coming in at 10 was charging $450. I canceled that one. And I want some money refunded.

Matt was an absolute professional! Quick and tidy work, he cleaned up and even helped me set up my garage pad to open it from outside. He was amazing and your really paying for the experience that he has accumulated from 15 years. 10/10

My name is Louis Adams, Natalie's husband and I delt with Frankie along with Natalie. Frankie was professional in his work and explaining details about the equipment, installation, and warranty. I enjoyed talking with Frankie during the installation. He has a great personality and humor. In my opinion he is a keeper.

Saturday July 20 at 3:30 PM. Mainspring broke. Could not open the garage door. Called Precision at 4:30 PM. They could have a man here Sunday 8:00-10:00 AM. Man showed up at 8:20 AM. Diagnosed problem. Prepared 3 quotes, basic, mid-upper level, upper level. I accepted hybrid mid-upper w/some upper level options. Man started word 8:50 AM, completed 9:30 AM. Even though it was a Sunday this was a routine service call, nothing special because it was a Sunday. Could not ask for anything better.

I called on Monday and Precision Garage Door technician, Mike G., came out on Tuesday. The garage door would not open or close. He was quickly able to diagnose the problem. He replaced the sensors and the door works great! Thanks Mike!

James replaced the keypad and then left a quote for the brush seal. He came back today to do the brush seal. He was on time for both calls, accomplished both in a timely manner, and didn’t leave any mess either time.

I’ve had my door worked on by another company but until using your company I didn’t know a garage door could be so quiet you almost can’t hear it. I’ll never use another company if I have problems. Thank you you’re the best!

I have been using them for years & I have always received the best service. I had them do a tune up & my door is now working like new. Very reasonable prices.

We were very fortunate to have Tyler as our service person. Tyler evaluated our garage door, tracks and motor and explained what he could, and could not, do to adjust the unit. He is very knowledgeable about the repair approach, costs, and availability of replacement parts. He was prompt in answering our questions and did not push for a quick answer nor attempt to direct us in any direction. My wife and I did decide that we desired an upgrade in an insulated door and a quieter operating unit. In addition we will enjoy more peace of mind with a new unit dependability versus the old mechanism that we currently have now.

I am very pleased with the techs. that came to my home to service the door, very knowledgeable and respectful. The tech in charge I believe his last name is Perez was here last year servicing the door very nice man. He right away showed me where the problem was worn springs needed to replace rollers from plastic to metal, and that solved the issues. thank you for your service.

Gary arrived quite promptly, phoned beforehand so we could steer him a bit. He was on track! Got us our 2 additional door openers, while checking out our door operation and the motor etc. We were good to go with our openers, and Gary advised on some timing of maintenance and on what exactly we might run into at some point in the future. No problems at this time though. We were done in probably 20ish minutes, and easy does it!!! Thank you, Margie Farber
