I called Precision and a technician was at my house within 30 minutes. Lorenzo was courteous and professional and answered my questions and explained why the garage door failed. I accidentally hit my garage door with my car and it broke a few hinges and It would not close. I called for emergency service and they quoted in-between 6-8 pm. My tech arrived promptly at 6 and was gone by 7. Door fixed. Tech was friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them and use them again to replace the old door.

Very good service from this company. The technician (Matt Chwirka) was clearly skilled at his job and completed the work in a very orderly and thorough fashion. I called Precision to replace the seals around the garage door; I had this company completely replace the opener some years back and was satisfied with the work, then and now.

The technician (James) who came out was professional, friendly and honest. He explained things to me in a way I could understand, didn't pressure me to buy things I didn't need and told me what would probably fail in the future. He sent estimates for them and said to call when I was ready to replace. Service was prompt, employees who scheduled was courteous. You are very fortunate to have James on your staff and your company far surpasses any other garage door repair place in the area.
