The coil spring on my garage door broke in the afternoon and by that evening the door was fixed. I called about 3:00 pm and received a same day appointment between 4:00 and 6:00 pm. The technician Allen Sallis communicated his expected arrival shortly after calling for service. He arrived and did a complete assessment of my garage door. The door is 25 years old and he made several recommendations to us that should be done to bring the door hardware back to good working order in addition to replacing the coil spring. He presented a detailed estimate that included several options and we agreed on what needed to be done. He had all the parts on his truck and was able to complete the work in about 45 minutes. The door is working perfectly and we could not be happier.

I accidentally hit my garage door with my car and it broke a few hinges and It would not close. I called for emergency service and they quoted in-between 6-8 pm. My tech arrived promptly at 6 and was gone by 7. Door fixed. Tech was friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them and use them again to replace the old door.

I often receive coupons from Valu- Pack for A-1 garage door and seen their trucks in my neighborhood. Guess name is now owned by another company. I was in dire straits as garage wasn't at all operable and without hesitation i called and within an hour a very nice, professional gentleman was at my home. Spring repair. Technician left the resident; however, I attempted to operate the garage door that now won't fully close, stops at 4/5th point and automatically goes back up. Rail sensors appear to be operating normally. Technician returning to resident to repair on 1-16-25 after 4:30 pm.
