I would have given you five stars if the opener had come with a lightbulb. I of course don't have any "rough use" lightbulbs or garage-door bulbs, which the instruction manual recommends one install.

Josh and Tyler installed a new garage door and garage door opener at our home. They both worked efficiently and cleaned up any debris. Josh was very informative on setting up the new garage door opener and answered any other questions I presented to him. I give a 4 star rating because the original appt was 1 1/2 hour late. I understand work schedules can get behind due to circumstances.

Thank you for sending Jeff out to realign the garage door that Kevin installed. Your company stood behind your guarantee. The door now doesn't make the noise that started after a few days. The bottom weather stripping became twisted but Jeff realigned the braces for the tracks so the rollers moved together instead of slightly crooked. I wish that Jeff had been the original installer he seemed much more experienced than Kevin. But I'm sure that with time Kevin will become proficient too.

Precision Door was very thorough, conscientious, and professional. The work was done in a timely fashion with a polite technician. It took about an hour of the Tech's time. I would have given this review 5 stars but I felt the price of close to $500.00 for two springs on a garage door was excessive. The two Springs were $170 a piece (very reasonable) and then there were up charges like $59.00 to even go out to the property and review it, and then another $49 to make sure the nuts and bolts were tight on the unit. Am I just not in touch? What do you think?

He was very quick and neat with his installation of a new opener and very thorough in going over the features and how to use the new openers including programing my wife's car. A billing dispute was positively resolved.

My garage door was stuck in the up position. I had no idea what was wrong with it. Lorenzo came and knew what was wrong in an instant! He explained what needed to be done, which parts needed replacement and how he would do it. I was impressed by his expertise and professionalism. Had the job done in about 1 and 1/2 hours- expensive, but guaranteed for life and I felt it was really quality work!

Service was great. Lorenzo was also our original installer. He remembered us and was professionally competent and very nice to work with personally. I did think the total cost of a service call and tune-up at $110 was a little pricey.

The job was done good by Rudy. Rudy's work is 5 star! I gave 4 star is because of the warranty time. When I called and was told a limited life time warranty, but the receipt was issued that just 90 days warranty for the parts and labor. It's a tremendous difference. Is that true?

The Precision garage door opener I own was malfunctioning, so I called for repairs. It took 2 calls before my message was received by a technician, but once received they took care of my problem. The technician -Rudy - was very courteous and competent. He explained everything to me.
