Thank you for sending Jeff out to realign the garage door that Kevin installed. Your company stood behind your guarantee. The door now doesn't make the noise that started after a few days. The bottom weather stripping became twisted but Jeff realigned the braces for the tracks so the rollers moved together instead of slightly crooked. I wish that Jeff had been the original installer he seemed much more experienced than Kevin. But I'm sure that with time Kevin will become proficient too.

Precision Door was very thorough, conscientious, and professional. The work was done in a timely fashion with a polite technician. It took about an hour of the Tech's time. I would have given this review 5 stars but I felt the price of close to $500.00 for two springs on a garage door was excessive. The two Springs were $170 a piece (very reasonable) and then there were up charges like $59.00 to even go out to the property and review it, and then another $49 to make sure the nuts and bolts were tight on the unit. Am I just not in touch? What do you think?

He was very quick and neat with his installation of a new opener and very thorough in going over the features and how to use the new openers including programing my wife's car. A billing dispute was positively resolved.

My garage door was stuck in the up position. I had no idea what was wrong with it. Lorenzo came and knew what was wrong in an instant! He explained what needed to be done, which parts needed replacement and how he would do it. I was impressed by his expertise and professionalism. Had the job done in about 1 and 1/2 hours- expensive, but guaranteed for life and I felt it was really quality work!

The job was done good by Rudy. Rudy's work is 5 star! I gave 4 star is because of the warranty time. When I called and was told a limited life time warranty, but the receipt was issued that just 90 days warranty for the parts and labor. It's a tremendous difference. Is that true?

Rudy outlined three (3) options during his visit and you selected the Good option which did include a 90-day warranty. The Better option included a 1-year warranty and the Best option included the Limited Lifetime warranty. The reason for the difference in warranty is due to the parts being replaced, or not replaced, and the impact they will have on the overall performance of the door. The Precision garage door opener I own was malfunctioning, so I called for repairs. It took 2 calls before my message was received by a technician, but once received they took care of my problem. The technician -Rudy - was very courteous and competent. He explained everything to me.

Lorenzo came out to service our garage door, and he was polite, helpful and straightforward. This would have been a five star rating but for the fact that he left the garage door (and the garage floor) dirtier than when he came - if he had been more thorough in cleaning up after himself (especially given the cost of the service he was providing) this would have been five stars, no question. I really wanted to give four and a half. This is an excellent company, great to do business with and totally reliable.

Precision sent out Gary as first. We agreed our broken, dented garage door was not fixable and was oversized. He gave me a quote that reasonable and a time frame over the holidays. Next came the installation team 3 weeks later as stated. They worked hard and finished an hour before they predicted.
