We are a repeat customer. Back in February, Precision Door replaced the opener on our main garage door. When our second door opener started to fail, we used them again. Tony did a great job replacing our garage door opener on the second door, and programming our remotes so that all can now control both doors independently. Tony followed all pandemic protocols and thoroughly cleaned up the debris after he was done. We are a fully satisfied customer.

Excellent service. Technician notified us when he had completed his previous job and was available earlier than the appointed time we had scheduled. He gave us a couple of purchase options to select from. Once I chose the unit I wanted, he installed it quickly and professionally, thoroughly cleaning up after he was done. He gave a good walk-thru on how the new unit worked and took the time to program the opener into our two cars' remote systems. Job well done! I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

I called Precision before 7 AM because my garage door wouldn’t open and my call was answered by a real person who immediately scheduled me for an appointment around 8 that morning. By 7:30, I received a text from the technician coming to my house, introducing himself. About 10 minutes later, Jeff Peres called me and said he was arriving soon. And he did. After inspecting the door, Jeff explained what needed to be done and we agreed to the scope of work. Roughly an hour later, Jeff was done and I was able to get to work. Jeff was a true pro and very friendly to boot. I was very surprised and pleased with Precision’s response to my problem. Very well done and thank you!

We had our garage doors installed about 3 months ago. Just last week we noticed that the rubber at the bottom of one of the doors had moved laterally and left a gap at the bottom. I called Precision Doors, and they scheduled a visit that same day--problem fixed!! No charge since it was under warranty. Very happy with results.

He went above and beyond the required job by replacing a lightbulb in the unit and setting the garage door opener. Had a complete overhaul of our 19-year old two-car garage door, which included spring and roller replacement plus reattachment of the cable on one side which had jumped off its spool. Appointment was scheduled for 10am-noon window, but installer Lorenzo had finished a preceding job early and was able to start on my job at about 8:30am. Lorenzo performed the repair professionally and quickly, taking extra time to explain what was done and the recommended future preventative maintenance. He was cordial and made sure all the old parts were picked up and disposed of. Definitely a "five" performance.
