We are new residents to Placitas. The home we purchased left a business card for Precision Garage Doors. We contacted them regarding our garage door malfunctions, six months after we moved in to our new residence. We were very pleased with the communication and scheduling arrangements. Our tech was Lorenzo. He was very efficient, knowledgeable and completed an overhaul of our entire system, which was apparently 20 years old (the original installation). We are very pleased with his work and quality of the system he installed. We are now equipped with the latest technology in garage door functionality and we love it. He explained the different options for the repairs needed and provided detailed quotes for each option. He worked quickly and efficiently and the repair for both doors took a little over an hour. Tony did a great job replacing our garage door opener on the second door, and programming our remotes so that all can now control both doors independently. He gave us a couple of purchase options to select from. Once I chose the unit I wanted, he installed it quickly and professionally, thoroughly cleaning up after he was done. He gave a good walk-thru on how the new unit worked and took the time to program the opener into our two cars' remote systems. Job well done! I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

I called Precision before 7 AM because my garage door wouldn’t open and my call was answered by a real person who immediately scheduled me for an appointment around 8 that morning. By 7:30, I received a text from the technician coming to my house, introducing himself. About 10 minutes later, Jeff Peres called me and said he was arriving soon. And he did. After inspecting the door, Jeff explained what needed to be done and we agreed to the scope of work. Roughly an hour later, Jeff was done and I was able to get to work. Jeff was a true pro and very friendly to boot. I was very surprised and pleased with Precision’s response to my problem. Very well done and thank you!
