I called Precision before 7 AM because my garage door wouldn’t open and my call was answered by a real person who immediately scheduled me for an appointment around 8 that morning. By 7:30, I received a text from the technician coming to my house, introducing himself. About 10 minutes later, Jeff Peres called me and said he was arriving soon. And he did. After inspecting the door, Jeff explained what needed to be done and we agreed to the scope of work. Roughly an hour later, Jeff was done and I was able to get to work. Jeff was a true pro and very friendly to boot. I was very surprised and pleased with Precision’s response to my problem. Very well done and thank you!

We had our garage doors installed about 3 months ago. Just last week we noticed that the rubber at the bottom of one of the doors had moved laterally and left a gap at the bottom. I called Precision Doors, and they scheduled a visit that same day--problem fixed!! No charge since it was under warranty. Very happy with results.

Gary was very thorough in trouble shooting my garage door which was working on and off. He went above and beyond the required job by replacing a lightbulb in the unit and setting the garage door opener. Hopefully I'll get 3-5 more years out if the motor but if not I would like to request him coming out when I need a replacement. Thank you for excellent service.

Had a complete overhaul of our 19-year old two-car garage door, which included spring and roller replacement plus reattachment of the cable on one side which had jumped off its spool. Appointment was scheduled for 10am-noon window, but installer Lorenzo had finished a preceding job early and was able to start on my job at about 8:30am. Lorenzo performed the repair professionally and quickly, taking extra time to explain what was done and the recommended future preventative maintenance. He was cordial and made sure all the old parts were picked up and disposed of. Definitely a "five" performance.

Gary was competent and knowledgeable as well as prepared to do a major tune-up on a door about to tear itself out its tracks. Gary knew exactly what was wrong and fixed all problems in short order. Courteous, professional, and well organized. Having worked in construction for a number of years I recognize quality workmanship and professional bearing. This company charges fairly and appropriately and does not waste your time. All costs and procedures were made clear before proceeding. You get your money's worth in a timely fashion.

But he found an actual problem, and we needed a new motor/assembly. He installed the new drive in 30 minutes flat! I couldn't have been happier with the way Precision handled my situation. After having a brand new door installed just over two years ago, the arm that attaches to the door itself, broke off. I called Precision, explained the situation and they scheduled a technician visit for the next day...all while accommodating my Saturday schedule too. He came out, assessed the situation and rendered a resolution all within 30 minutes. I know have a stronger/reinforced arm attached to the door and again, all at no charge. Precision honored my Life-Time Warranty and again, handled the whole situation with gracious and professionalism. I would highly recommend them - they stood by their word and fixed the problem. Bottom line, not many companies do this anymore...especially if the sale had been over two years ago. I've had contractors do work on our home...adobe, stucco, wood work etc...and if something wrong happens within a few months..."'Crickets". They never return your call... Precision is a very well oiled machine...if you need a new garage door - just call them - you won't be disappointed.
