He explained what needed to be done and took care of the problem. I am extremely happy with the response time. This happened late one night and I was able to get online and schedule an appointment for the next morning. Tony arrived when scheduled and he completed the job in a very timely manner. Wow! I called and 2 hours later Tony showed up to fix the issue. It wasn't an easy fix like I had hoped, but he explained the problem in detail and gave me options for repair. In around an hour the project was completed and the result is quite an improvement to what we had been dealing with. We are very pleased.

Spring repair. Technician left the resident; however, I attempted to operate the garage door that now won't fully close, stops at 4/5th point and automatically goes back up. Rail sensors appear to be operating normally. Technician returning to resident to repair on 1-16-25 after 4:30 pm.

After 21 years one of my garage door openers died. I first called the company that had installed the original. I was promised a call back after two hours I called again and got forwarded to 3 different people and could not get an answer only that an expensive service call would be needed. I called Precision next and I could not believe the response. The lady that answered the phone was great and right on the ball. I was really impressed with her. She said a service call would be substantially less than the first quote and she was able to give me price estimates for new openers. Then the real kicker was when she said a tech could be out in a couple hours! Tony showed up in less than the estimated time and confirmed the old unit was dead and installed a new opener and door rollers. Tony was friendly, fast, and efficient. I was pleased with every aspect of this job.

Great experience! I had an appointment the day after I called. I received a call from Tony letting me know he was on his way and he arrived within the expected timeframe. Tony had my problem figured out quickly and gave me repair options. He leveled the torsion tube, replaced the torsion springs, replaced the bearings/rollers, installed a new opener in an hour and 45 min. Tony was professional and quick. Thank you!
