Yes, an appointment was made for the next day. Tony, my technician, was courteous and professional. I wanted a garage door tune up. Also my code pad outside the garage door was not working. Tony suggested try a new battery. Tony said I needed new rubber sealers all around the 3 sides of the garage. And he said as long as I was doing that I should replace the wood on all 3 sides too. He gave me 2 estimates. I told him I could not afford either one. I thanked him and he left.

Spring repair. Technician left the resident; however, I attempted to operate the garage door that now won't fully close, stops at 4/5th point and automatically goes back up. Rail sensors appear to be operating normally. Technician returning to resident to repair on 1-16-25 after 4:30 pm.
