I had a mishap with the garage door on a Sunday that caused it to stop working. We called Precision about 9am on Monday and they were at our house by about 10:30 the same day. By 11:30 the door had been fully repaired. Outstanding service. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for, I believe. Highly recommended.
