Precision Garage Door was so easy to work with. When it was apparent that they could not help me with phone instructions, they set up an appointment right away for a technician to come. He arrived promptly and was very knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the situation and provided a recommendation for service and a fee. He did the work efficiently, neatly, and thoroughly, staying until after 7 pm to finish. He was polite and friendly.

I would have given you five stars if the opener had come with a lightbulb. I of course don't have any "rough use" lightbulbs or garage-door bulbs, which the instruction manual recommends one install.

Joe Dillon, technician, was excellent. We needed a new weather seal and Green Neoprene rollers as well as several other adjustments. Our door was not fitting properly and Joe’s adjustments were perfect. We had mice sneaking into the garage and now we know our door is tight and secure. Joe is very professional and knowledgeable. We recommend him and will use him in the future. Thank you.

Fernando was our technician and he did a great job on a 20 year old motor. He told me exactly what he was doing and what to expect from the tune up. He could have sold me a new motor, but felt it was worth trying to make the necessary adjustments before making the larger financial investment. This gave me time to save up $$$ for when the motor would no longer be repaired. Fernando was polite and completed adjustments in a timely manner. Great service. Thank you.
