Thank you for your prompt response to my problem. My garage door would not come down. The original national company that installed it was totally not helpful, their repairman was hurt and no one was available today or in the future! Champion came out within two hours and quickly fixed the problem which had to do with the way the unit wiring was installed. The repairman was helpful and polite and explained the problem to me. I will call them in the future for any issues that arise.

Precision immediately sent a terrific repair person, James, to fix the problem within 3 hours of our call. He replaced the spring and bearings and did some lubrication and inspection. My neighbor informed me that the best garage door company in Santa Fe is Precision Door Service. Lorenzo arrived on time and discussed options of repairing the garage door versus replacement. I decided to replace the garage door since it was old, ugly and needed a lot of work. In fact the old door only had one spring instead of two! Their prices were very reasonable and I highly recommend them.

I had a mishap with the garage door on a Sunday that caused it to stop working. We called Precision about 9am on Monday and they were at our house by about 10:30 the same day. By 11:30 the door had been fully repaired. Outstanding service. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for, I believe. Highly recommended.
