We are new residents to Placitas. The home we purchased left a business card for Precision Garage Doors. We contacted them regarding our garage door malfunctions, six months after we moved in to our new residence. We were very pleased with the communication and scheduling arrangements. Our tech was Lorenzo. He was very efficient, knowledgeable and completed an overhaul of our entire system, which was apparently 20 years old (the original installation). We are very pleased with his work and quality of the system he installed. We are now equipped with the latest technology in garage door functionality and we love it. She told me that they had a tech in Santa Fe that could swing by between four and six today to do the service work. Lorenzo called me shortly after and said he could be there earlier if I would be around.
