Precision solved my garage door problem admirably. My remote battery was dead. I tried replacing the battery, but I couldn't get it to work. Precision sent Lorenzo right away. He did a wonderful job. He explained that the garage opener motor had to be programmed to accept the new battery. Or, something like that! He checked the doors and fixed the batteries. He was very polite, friendly and helpful. I've just been in the habit of contacting Precision when needed; I haven't seen any advertising. They came very fast, but I couldn't arrange the appointment until the next day because of my own schedule.

We are new residents to Placitas. The home we purchased left a business card for Precision Garage Doors. We contacted them regarding our garage door malfunctions, six months after we moved in to our new residence. We were very pleased with the communication and scheduling arrangements. These guys came out in a snowstorm to replace our 23-year-old garage door opener. Gave me a quote, did the work cleaned up and were out in an hour. I called the office to schedule a routine inspection and service call, fully expecting to wait a couple of weeks to get on their schedule. She told me that they had a tech in Santa Fe that could swing by between four and six today to do the service work. Lorenzo called me shortly after and said he could be there earlier if I would be around. He showed up promptly, was very courteous, and did all the work needed and even adjusted some of the brackets that were a little off. We called to have our garage doors maintained. No one had touched them since they had been installed twenty years ago. I called Precision on the recommendation of a friend. Lorenzo showed up that very afternoon. Looked over our three doors and gave us three different estimates. Since garage doors lifetime is usually of 12 to 15 years we decided to have him completely work them over. That very day Lorenzo started work and installed new motors, rails, and lighting, along with new keypads on the outside. He came back the next afternoon and finished up with the RV garage door.
