Precision Garage Door was used by the developer of Villa Sonata, the housing development my husband & I moved into in May 2008. We have always used your company for services related to the care & management of our garage. We love the courtesy & professional service extended to us for each service call we made. I believe in genuine quality service given by cheerful, helpful, knowledgeable & experienced workers who are respectful & offer us helpful tips for keeping our garage door functioning efficiently. I personally want to compliment & thank Lorenzo for his great service with a smile & on how to change my garage door battery. Thank you management people. You have a great responsible, caring, professional group of people on your team. Keep up the good work!!!!

Lorenzo performed an above & beyond maintenance service. He also tweaked many of the problems that I’ve had for 2 years. Very personable and obviously cares about the work he does. A rarity.

I called Precision and a technician was at my house within 30 minutes. Lorenzo was courteous and professional and answered my questions and explained why the garage door failed. He even went as far as moving a few items to make sure I didn't have the same problem again. Couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you!

You guys inspected and repaired my 50 year-old wooden double car garage door last year when I bought the house. I just had a small problem with it, and Lorenzo came out this morning. He completed the small repair and did not charge me anything. I will be having you back once a year for an inspection and repair of my old door as recommended! Karen

The Precision Garage Door technician, Lorenzo Herrera, was one of the the most professional technicians I have encountered in my 22 years living in the Albuquerque area. He was timely, and polite and took the time to explain the work he was doing. I will definitely recommend him/you based on my interaction with him. Thank you!

We live in the country -a distance from ABQ and not many garage door companies are willing to come this far, but not Precision Garage Door. We have two garage doors and after 25 years the motor assembly failed on both, not at the same time. We called Precision and within two days Lorenzo Herrera was here. Just as they said he would be. He is very professional with a friendly personality. The new units were installed and set up. He explained the functions and even set the time. We strongly recommend Precision Garage Door and will tell our friends and neighbors as well.

Called early in the morning and the job was completed same day. My door was still in working order but showing signs of being tired and in need of service. Rep showed up right on scheduled time and made an assessment of should be done. He explained the options and asked what I wanted to do. I chose to do more than I originally intended because I was looking for a long-term solution, not just the cheapest fix. Rep did the job quickly and programmed the vehicle buttons to operate the door. I am impressed by how quiet the door operates now and am very happy with the results even though I spent more than I originally expected. I am happy.

My neighbor informed me that the best garage door company in Santa Fe is Precision Door Service. Lorenzo arrived on time and discussed options of repairing the garage door versus replacement. I decided to replace the garage door since it was old, ugly and needed a lot of work. In fact the old door only had one spring instead of two! Their prices were very reasonable and I highly recommend them.

Precision solved my garage door problem admirably. My remote battery was dead. I tried replacing the battery, but I couldn't get it to work. Precision sent Lorenzo right away. He did a wonderful job. He explained that the garage opener motor had to be programmed to accept the new battery. Or, something like that! He checked the doors and fixed the batteries. He was very polite, friendly and helpful. I've just been in the habit of contacting Precision when needed; I haven't seen any advertising. They came very fast, but I couldn't arrange the appointment until the next day because of my own schedule.

We are new residents to Placitas. The home we purchased left a business card for Precision Garage Doors. We contacted them regarding our garage door malfunctions, six months after we moved in to our new residence. We were very pleased with the communication and scheduling arrangements. Our tech was Lorenzo. He was very efficient, knowledgeable and completed an overhaul of our entire system, which was apparently 20 years old (the original installation). We are very pleased with his work and quality of the system he installed. We are now equipped with the latest technology in garage door functionality and we love it. Great work from Lorenzo and the Precision Garage Door office staff.

My experience with Precision was excellent. They responded within a hour to discuss my concerns with my garage door, scheduled appointment to address the issue and provide a quote the same day. The technician arrived within the given time frame, provided me the information for repair, and a quote for the service. I accepted the quote and technician was able to complete the task immediately. The all around customer service I received was excellent and I would highly recommend this company.

These guys came out in a snowstorm to replace our 23-year-old garage door opener. Gave me a quote, did the work cleaned up and were out in an hour. PLUS, the guy that did the work was a super nice guy and we had a great talk while he installed the new opener. Second time we have had this company out and will call them in the future if we have garage door problems.

Precision Door Service of Albuquerque installed my replacement garage door quite a few years ago so I knew I was going to call again when I needed a door tune-up and weather seal replaced. I was very lucky to get same day service and also get seasoned technician, Lorenzo Herrera. He built a new weather seal on the spot and did a thorough inspection and tightening. No other issues were identified. Class A job. Thank you Lorenzo.

I contacted Precision this morning and Lorenzo Herrera arrived shortly after 10 a.m., and was able to troubleshoot my system and fix the issue quickly. He was friendly and answered all my questions, and educated me on a couple of things I needed to know. I contacted Precision Garage Door Service because your company installed my garage doors in 2018. After reading many reviews and checking your BBB rating back then, I chose Precision.

I called the office to schedule a routine inspection and service call, fully expecting to wait a couple of weeks to get on their schedule. She told me that they had a tech in Santa Fe that could swing by between four and six today to do the service work. Lorenzo called me shortly after and said he could be there earlier if I would be around. He showed up promptly, was very courteous, and did all the work needed and even adjusted some of the brackets that were a little off. I am a retired builder and would highly recommend precision door to anyone looking for top quality overhead doors. Gary runs a service oriented business, which unfortunately is rare these days.
