In my free time I enjoy being outdoors. My favorite hobbies are snowboarding, fishing, camping and spending time with my family. We called to have our garage doors maintained. No one had touched them since they had been installed twenty years ago. I called Precision on the recommendation of a friend. Lorenzo showed up that very afternoon. Looked over our three doors and gave us three different estimates. Since garage doors lifetime is usually of 12 to 15 years we decided to have him completely work them over. That very day Lorenzo started work and installed new motors, rails, and lighting, along with new keypads on the outside. He came back the next afternoon and finished up with the RV garage door. I would recommend Precision Garage Door Service and Lorenzo to anyone.

I was so impressed with the ease and speed of Precision Garage Door's response to my request for help with an aging garage door. I called on Tuesday afternoon, and the very next morning their representative showed up at the scheduled time. His name was Lorenzo, and he was courteous, clear in explaining what was going wrong, and said he could fix it right then because he had all of the needed supplies on his truck. He gave me an estimate, then got right to work, and a couple of hours later my garage door works better than it ever has!!! I called on a Friday and someone arrived within 2 hours to install my garage door opener. Lorenzo Herrera was my technician and when he arrived he made some suggestions and quoted me a price to upgrade my old garage door system. I would easily give Lorenzo 5/5 stars for customer service, professionalism, and kindness. He is meticulous and did an outstanding job installing my garage door opener and upgrading my old system. He even took the time to help me understand how to use the myQ app on my phone. I would highly recommend Lorenzo for any job. I cannot recall the name of the person who answered the phone but she was very kind and courteous and took the time to be patient and answer all my questions.

I chose Precision Garage Door by chance off the Internet. I called them at about 9:30 AM on Tuesday, and was told a technician would be at my home between noon and 2 PM. Lorenzo arrived a bit before noon. After an inspection, he showed me that the cables were fraying and the bearings were not operating smoothly. He replaced the springs, cables, pulleys, bearings and all rollers and lubed all hinges by about 1 PM. He was cheerful, knowledgeable and very efficient. A huge thumbs up for PGD!

Work performed on my garage door was done very professionally by Lorenzo. He obviously knew exactly what he was doing and was also very pleasant to deal with. I wanted a new strip installed on the bottom of the door to prevent bugs/spiders coming in as much as possible and after seeing that the main springs, which were getting old and were rusty, decided to have new ones put in. The door opens beautifully now and is super quiet. All in all I am very happy with the service and quality of the workmanship I received. Thank you!

Precision Door has been by far the most professional and competent service we have ever used. Tony Acker and Lorenzo Herrera are extraordinary talented technicians. When it comes service and knowledge there is absolutely nothing they are not able to overcome. Professional, competent and courteous. Same day service and arrived earlier than scheduled. This is the second visit that they have completed. Just as expertly done as the first visit. Both our garage doors run beautifully and barely emit just a whisper of noise.
