Lorenzo Herrer installed my new garage door opener. He was efficient and explained the workings of the new opener. A big thanks to him for the setting of the pass codes for the operation of the door. He receives an "E" for excellence in my book. Karen Harmon

My experience from the time I made my appointment until the job was accomplished was outstanding. Lorenzo did an outstanding job explaining the installation process and completed the job in a timely manner. Installed new door spring and a new garage door opener. He helped me in setting up the outside keypad and the indoor control. Thanks for a job well done. Harold

Excellent service. Our wood garage door was installed in 2017. It made it six years without an issue. Today, Lorenzo came out to perform service on the door and make some repairs. He was polite, friendly, and efficient. Thanks@

Lorenzo from Precision came out to work on our old garage system. He was able to install two new systems with controllers and sensors during the afternoon, despite some unique challenges. Precision and Lorenzo were both courteous and professional. I highly recommend them both. Thank you for a great job.

We called to have our garage doors maintained. No one had touched them since they had been installed twenty years ago. I called Precision on the recommendation of a friend. Lorenzo showed up that very afternoon. Looked over our three doors and gave us three different estimates. Since garage doors lifetime is usually of 12 to 15 years we decided to have him completely work them over. That very day Lorenzo started work and installed new motors, rails, and lighting, along with new keypads on the outside. He came back the next afternoon and finished up with the RV garage door. I would recommend Precision Garage Door Service and Lorenzo to anyone.

I was so impressed with the ease and speed of Precision Garage Door's response to my request for help with an aging garage door. I called on Tuesday afternoon, and the very next morning their representative showed up at the scheduled time. His name was Lorenzo, and he was courteous, clear in explaining what was going wrong, and said he could fix it right then because he had all of the needed supplies on his truck. He gave me an estimate, then got right to work, and a couple of hours later my garage door works better than it ever has!!! I am a very happy customer who would recommend Precision Garage Door service to anyone. Frank Fair

Lorenzo Herrera, the technician that worked on my garage door arrived on time and was very thorough. He explained everything very well and did a great job tunning up my garage door. The operation of the door was so much quieter after he was done. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service and ask for Lorenzo.

The technician, Lorenzo Herrera, was fantastic. He was very professional and focused on the work he did. He went over the operation of the new door in a very thorough and easy to understand manner. He represents your company well. We are very satisfied with the work he did. We will likely be replacing the garage door opener on a 2nd door we have. We would like to have Lorenzo do the work. We will contact you when we are ready to have this work done.

I called on a Friday and someone arrived within 2 hours to install my garage door opener. Lorenzo Herrera was my technician and when he arrived he made some suggestions and quoted me a price to upgrade my old garage door system. I would easily give Lorenzo 5/5 stars for customer service, professionalism, and kindness. He is meticulous and did an outstanding job installing my garage door opener and upgrading my old system. He even took the time to help me understand how to use the myQ app on my phone. I would highly recommend Lorenzo for any job. I cannot recall the name of the person who answered the phone but she was very kind and courteous and took the time to be patient and answer all my questions.

I chose Precision Garage Door by chance off the Internet. I called them at about 9:30 AM on Tuesday, and was told a technician would be at my home between noon and 2 PM. Lorenzo arrived a bit before noon. After an inspection, he showed me that the cables were fraying and the bearings were not operating smoothly. He replaced the springs, cables, pulleys, bearings and all rollers and lubed all hinges by about 1 PM. He was cheerful, knowledgeable and very efficient. A huge thumbs up for PGD!

Work performed on my garage door was done very professionally by Lorenzo. He obviously knew exactly what he was doing and was also very pleasant to deal with. I wanted a new strip installed on the bottom of the door to prevent bugs/spiders coming in as much as possible and after seeing that the main springs, which were getting old and were rusty, decided to have new ones put in. The door opens beautifully now and is super quiet. All in all I am very happy with the service and quality of the workmanship I received. Thank you!

Precision Door has been by far the most professional and competent service we have ever used. Tony Acker and Lorenzo Herrera are extraordinary talented technicians. When it comes service and knowledge there is absolutely nothing they are not able to overcome. Professional, competent and courteous. Same day service and arrived earlier than scheduled. This is the second visit that they have completed. Just as expertly done as the first visit. Both our garage doors run beautifully and barely emit just a whisper of noise. Absolutely perfect in every respect!
