He listened to all my concerns, was happy to listen to all my requests, explained all his activity and was very courteous and friendly. My issue was a broken spring and being a wooden door, I couldn't open it after disconnecting the opener. I booked online early in the morning and shortly after noon, Antonio showed up for our appointment. He thoroughly inspected everything and discovered some other issues to include a fraying wire. His knowledge of all aspects of the system was impressive and he recommended a package that would address all my issues and come with a 10 year warranty. He went to work, fixed all the issues and even some that had not been evident to me. The door now works perfectly, is quiet, and my wife and I are confident that we won't have issues for many, many years. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any service or installation you may need or want! Their work is very professional, they are prompt and courteous and DO NOT try to sell you something you don't need.

Greetings, When I called, I was assisted to make an appointment, which was made for that afternoon. Everyone I spoke with at the company was polite, efficient and helpful. I needed 2 new garage door openers installed. Precision sent Matt Chwirka out to handle the job, and he was absolutely awesome in installing the new garage door openers. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his work. He made recommendations for installation of back-up batteries in case we lost power I can still get my car out of the garage. My garage door openers are so quiet now and no longer wake up the house when I leave work early in the morning. We got on the subject of insecticides because I had an ant problem and he recommended some stuff to purchase which also took care of an ant problem. Precision Garage will always be the company I choose to handle any future installation or work involving my garage.

Precision was able to address some unique needs with my garage doors -- solid wood and with aged or non-working parts openers systems (motor, sensors, springs and tracks. I was very impressed with the James, my technician, who helped me verify my initial issues and assessed how to fix other issues on an existing newer system and make both doors operate better and more efficiently and quieter. I purchased new motor, springs with conversions on one with ancillary sensors and repairs to rollers on the other. I chose Precision initially because they still use Lift Master -- my preferred motor.

Yes, an appointment was made for the next day. Tony, my technician, was courteous and professional. I wanted a garage door tune up. Also my code pad outside the garage door was not working. Tony suggested try a new battery. Tony said I needed new rubber sealers all around the 3 sides of the garage. And he said as long as I was doing that I should replace the wood on all 3 sides too. He gave me 2 estimates. I told him I could not afford either one. I thanked him and he left.

Antonio, the service technician was extremely thorough and professional. He troubleshot my 22 year old opener and told me it was the motor, and it wasn't worth the cost to repair it. He then installed a new Genie opener and even programmed my wife's car for me. He did an Outstanding Job from start to finish.

We were stuck at home with our garage door spring broken and we were unable to open the door (we are seniors and didn't have the strength). Our neighbor came and opened the door so we could get our car out. I was really unsettled with the garage door not opening and called for emergency service.
