I keep going back to them because they have consistently provided exemplary work and I would recommend them to anyone needing garage door repair and maintenance. They are efficient, professional, competent, respectful, friendly, and helpful. I recently had them do some routine maintenance on our old, creaking garage door - James showed up right on time, assessed everything and got to work. Everything was taken care of effectively and efficiently. I really like how Precision sent me text messages informing who and when they would arrive, as well as, the email with the detailed invoice. I had a lifetime warranty item which they installed several years ago, and they took care of it - it's nice to work with a company with integrity that stands by their word. I also appreciated that I was able to get a hold of somebody at Precision by phone immediately, and they were able to get out to my house as soon as I needed them. Thanks for the great work!
