Precision solved my garage door problem admirably. My remote battery was dead. I tried replacing the battery, but I couldn't get it to work. Precision sent Lorenzo right away. He did a wonderful job. He explained that the garage opener motor had to be programmed to accept the new battery. Or, something like that! He checked the doors and fixed the batteries. He was very polite, friendly and helpful. I've just been in the habit of contacting Precision when needed; I haven't seen any advertising. They came very fast, but I couldn't arrange the appointment until the next day because of my own schedule.

Precision Door Service of Albuquerque installed my replacement garage door quite a few years ago so I knew I was going to call again when I needed a door tune-up and weather seal replaced.
