Called early in the morning and the job was completed same day. My door was still in working order but showing signs of being tired and in need of service. Rep showed up right on scheduled time and made an assessment of should be done. He explained the options and asked what I wanted to do. I chose to do more than I originally intended because I was looking for a long-term solution, not just the cheapest fix. Rep did the job quickly and programmed the vehicle buttons to operate the door. I am impressed by how quiet the door operates now and am very happy with the results even though I spent more than I originally expected. I am happy.

Precision solved my garage door problem admirably. My remote battery was dead. I tried replacing the battery, but I couldn't get it to work. Precision sent Lorenzo right away. He did a wonderful job. He explained that the garage opener motor had to be programmed to accept the new battery. Or, something like that! He checked the doors and fixed the batteries. He was very polite, friendly and helpful. I've just been in the habit of contacting Precision when needed; I haven't seen any advertising. They came very fast, but I couldn't arrange the appointment until the next day because of my own schedule.
