Each time I've had a garage door issue, Precision has come to the rescue. Garage door needs are pretty immediate and once again, they responded promptly. I can't say enough about the technician they sent. James McGee had been here before for another issue and his honesty and integrity impressed me then as it did again this time. James explained my options and made the decision on how to address the issue much easier because of the trust I had in him. Greetings, When I called, I was assisted to make an appointment, which was made for that afternoon. Everyone I spoke with at the company was polite, efficient and helpful. Antonio was my service agent who arrived with a phone call notice including a photo of himself. Antonio was friendly, courteous, very knowledgable, skilled at his job and efficient. I needed 2 new garage door openers installed. Precision sent Matt Chwirka out to handle the job, and he was absolutely awesome in installing the new garage door openers. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his work. He made recommendations for installation of back-up batteries in case we lost power I can still get my car out of the garage. My garage door openers are so quiet now and no longer wake up the house when I leave work early in the morning. We got on the subject of insecticides because I had an ant problem and he recommended some stuff to purchase which also took care of an ant problem. Precision Garage will always be the company I choose to handle any future installation or work involving my garage.

Precision was able to address some unique needs with my garage doors -- solid wood and with aged or non-working parts openers systems (motor, sensors, springs and tracks. I was very impressed with the James, my technician, who helped me verify my initial issues and assessed how to fix other issues on an existing newer system and make both doors operate better and more efficiently and quieter. I purchased new motor, springs with conversions on one with ancillary sensors and repairs to rollers on the other. I chose Precision initially because they still use Lift Master -- my preferred motor.

Like Lorenzo, who earlier repaired our small garage door, Antonio, who this time performed the repairs on our large garage door, was on time, courteous, and did an excellent job. Antonio first explained each of the repair alternatives while pointing out the area that needed repair and the areas that were due for preventative repair along with the attendant cost for each alternative. Precision did a fantastic job! The appointment was scheduled quickly, for the next day after I called. The technician, Matt, showed up right at the beginning of the scheduled time slot. Yes, an appointment was made for the next day. Tony, my technician, was courteous and professional. I wanted a garage door tune up. Also my code pad outside the garage door was not working. Tony suggested try a new battery. Tony said I needed new rubber sealers all around the 3 sides of the garage. And he said as long as I was doing that I should replace the wood on all 3 sides too. He gave me 2 estimates. I told him I could not afford either one. I thanked him and he left.

Antonio, the service technician was extremely thorough and professional. He troubleshot my 22 year old opener and told me it was the motor, and it wasn't worth the cost to repair it. He then installed a new Genie opener and even programmed my wife's car for me. He did an Outstanding Job from start to finish.

Called early in the morning and the job was completed same day. My door was still in working order but showing signs of being tired and in need of service. Rep showed up right on scheduled time and made an assessment of should be done. He explained the options and asked what I wanted to do. I chose to do more than I originally intended because I was looking for a long-term solution, not just the cheapest fix. Rep did the job quickly and programmed the vehicle buttons to operate the door. I am impressed by how quiet the door operates now and am very happy with the results even though I spent more than I originally expected. I am happy.

We were stuck at home with our garage door spring broken and we were unable to open the door (we are seniors and didn't have the strength). Our neighbor came and opened the door so we could get our car out. I was really unsettled with the garage door not opening and called for emergency service.
