Great experience! I had an appointment the day after I called. I received a call from Tony letting me know he was on his way and he arrived within the expected timeframe. Tony had my problem figured out quickly and gave me repair options. He leveled the torsion tube, replaced the torsion springs, replaced the bearings/rollers, installed a new opener in an hour and 45 min. Tony was professional and quick. Thank you!

Work performed on my garage door was done very professionally by Lorenzo. He obviously knew exactly what he was doing and was also very pleasant to deal with. I wanted a new strip installed on the bottom of the door to prevent bugs/spiders coming in as much as possible and after seeing that the main springs, which were getting old and were rusty, decided to have new ones put in. I called Percision this morning because my garage door would not open. THey sent out a technican Frankie L. to check on the problem in less than an hour. Frankie came in and saw the problem in about 1 min and explained to me what had happen. Then we talked about what was needed to complete the job and he also took care of some other issues to keep my garage door running smoothly and he even set my remote to work in my car. Love that idea in case I forget my remote I have one in the car. He was very friendly and professional. He did the work as he stated that needed to be done and did not try to pick out things I didn't need. I appreciate that in a good business company. Me and my mom are both happy.
