Yes, an appointment was made for the next day. Tony, my technician, was courteous and professional. I wanted a garage door tune up. Also my code pad outside the garage door was not working. Tony suggested try a new battery. Tony said I needed new rubber sealers all around the 3 sides of the garage. And he said as long as I was doing that I should replace the wood on all 3 sides too. He gave me 2 estimates. I told him I could not afford either one. I thanked him and he left.

Antonio, the service technician was extremely thorough and professional. He troubleshot my 22 year old opener and told me it was the motor, and it wasn't worth the cost to repair it. He then installed a new Genie opener and even programmed my wife's car for me. He did an Outstanding Job from start to finish.

Called early in the morning and the job was completed same day. My door was still in working order but showing signs of being tired and in need of service. Rep showed up right on scheduled time and made an assessment of should be done. He explained the options and asked what I wanted to do. I chose to do more than I originally intended because I was looking for a long-term solution, not just the cheapest fix. Rep did the job quickly and programmed the vehicle buttons to operate the door. I am impressed by how quiet the door operates now and am very happy with the results even though I spent more than I originally expected. I am happy.

We were stuck at home with our garage door spring broken and we were unable to open the door (we are seniors and didn't have the strength). Our neighbor came and opened the door so we could get our car out. I was really unsettled with the garage door not opening and called for emergency service. Precision solved my garage door problem admirably. My remote battery was dead. I tried replacing the battery, but I couldn't get it to work. Precision sent Lorenzo right away. He did a wonderful job. He explained that the garage opener motor had to be programmed to accept the new battery. Or, something like that! He checked the doors and fixed the batteries. He was very polite, friendly and helpful. I've just been in the habit of contacting Precision when needed; I haven't seen any advertising. They came very fast, but I couldn't arrange the appointment until the next day because of my own schedule.
