Wow! I called and 2 hours later Tony showed up to fix the issue. It wasn't an easy fix like I had hoped, but he explained the problem in detail and gave me options for repair. Precision Door Service of Albuquerque installed my replacement garage door quite a few years ago so I knew I was going to call again when I needed a door tune-up and weather seal replaced. I was very lucky to get same day service and also get seasoned technician, Lorenzo Herrera. He built a new weather seal on the spot and did a thorough inspection and tightening. I called the office to schedule a routine inspection and service call, fully expecting to wait a couple of weeks to get on their schedule. She told me that they had a tech in Santa Fe that could swing by between four and six today to do the service work. Lorenzo called me shortly after and said he could be there earlier if I would be around. He showed up promptly, was very courteous, and did all the work needed and even adjusted some of the brackets that were a little off. I am a retired builder and would highly recommend precision door to anyone looking for top quality overhead doors. Gary runs a service oriented business, which unfortunately is rare these days.
