It was a Friday afternoon at 4 o’clock, and we had a problem with our garage. Not many businesses would even answer their phone at that time, but Precision not only answered their phone, but also made arrangements to be out here before 6 PM. Tech was friendly and knew what he was doing…Thanks Precision!!!!

My issue was a broken spring and being a wooden door, I couldn't open it after disconnecting the opener. I booked online early in the morning and shortly after noon, Antonio showed up for our appointment. He thoroughly inspected everything and discovered some other issues to include a fraying wire. His knowledge of all aspects of the system was impressive and he recommended a package that would address all my issues and come with a 10 year warranty. He went to work, fixed all the issues and even some that had not been evident to me. The door now works perfectly, is quiet, and my wife and I are confident that we won't have issues for many, many years. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any service or installation you may need or want! Their work is very professional, they are prompt and courteous and DO NOT try to sell you something you don't need.

Matt was our technician today. He was experienced, personable and professional. He did an initial inspection and told us what needed to be done to maintain our garage door in perfect order. We have used Precision in past years and they have never given us anything but five star service. We definitely will be using them again in the future.

Thank you Precision for your quick response for repairing our broken garage door spring. Also, thank you for sending out your very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and friendly serviceman Matt. He was great! He completed the repairs swiftly and neatly. We had him also do some additional overhaul work on both of our doors. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any of your garage door issues.

Each time I've had a garage door issue, Precision has come to the rescue. Garage door needs are pretty immediate and once again, they responded promptly. I can't say enough about the technician they sent. James McGee had been here before for another issue and his honesty and integrity impressed me then as it did again this time. James explained my options and made the decision on how to address the issue much easier because of the trust I had in him. In this day, it's a breath of fresh air when you can find confidence and trust in those who are there to handle your needs. Precision, garage door, James McGee - hats off to you both. You exemplify what I look for when I have personal needs that are beyond by capabilities to resolve myself. Thank you.!

Greetings, When I called, I was assisted to make an appointment, which was made for that afternoon. Everyone I spoke with at the company was polite, efficient and helpful. Antonio was my service agent who arrived with a phone call notice including a photo of himself. Antonio was friendly, courteous, very knowledgable, skilled at his job and efficient. I am so happy with my new garage door opener with belt drive and two remote controllers. I felt completely safe with and about Antonio and his work ability. Thank you, Victor

I needed 2 new garage door openers installed. Precision sent Matt Chwirka out to handle the job, and he was absolutely awesome in installing the new garage door openers. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his work. He made recommendations for installation of back-up batteries in case we lost power I can still get my car out of the garage. My garage door openers are so quiet now and no longer wake up the house when I leave work early in the morning. We got on the subject of insecticides because I had an ant problem and he recommended some stuff to purchase which also took care of an ant problem. Precision Garage will always be the company I choose to handle any future installation or work involving my garage.

Precision was able to address some unique needs with my garage doors -- solid wood and with aged or non-working parts openers systems (motor, sensors, springs and tracks. I was very impressed with the James, my technician, who helped me verify my initial issues and assessed how to fix other issues on an existing newer system and make both doors operate better and more efficiently and quieter. I purchased new motor, springs with conversions on one with ancillary sensors and repairs to rollers on the other. I chose Precision initially because they still use Lift Master -- my preferred motor.

Like Lorenzo, who earlier repaired our small garage door, Antonio, who this time performed the repairs on our large garage door, was on time, courteous, and did an excellent job. Antonio first explained each of the repair alternatives while pointing out the area that needed repair and the areas that were due for preventative repair along with the attendant cost for each alternative. We are very satisfied with the excellent service we have received twice now from Precision Garage Door.

Precision did a fantastic job! The appointment was scheduled quickly, for the next day after I called. The technician, Matt, showed up right at the beginning of the scheduled time slot. He was very professional and knowledgeable, rapidly diagnosing the problem and planning and carrying out the repair. He explained what he was doing and gave me different options for the repair, allowing me to choose the one I wanted. My interactions with Precision efficient and professional, and I would gladly use them again!

You guys inspected and repaired my 50 year-old wooden double car garage door last year when I bought the house. I just had a small problem with it, and Lorenzo came out this morning. He completed the small repair and did not charge me anything. I will be having you back once a year for an inspection and repair of my old door as recommended! Karen

Yes, an appointment was made for the next day. Tony, my technician, was courteous and professional. I wanted a garage door tune up. Also my code pad outside the garage door was not working. Tony suggested try a new battery. Tony said I needed new rubber sealers all around the 3 sides of the garage. And he said as long as I was doing that I should replace the wood on all 3 sides too. He gave me 2 estimates. I told him I could not afford either one. I thanked him and he left.

Antonio, the service technician was extremely thorough and professional. He troubleshot my 22 year old opener and told me it was the motor, and it wasn't worth the cost to repair it. He then installed a new Genie opener and even programmed my wife's car for me. He did an Outstanding Job from start to finish.

Precision sold my garage door opener 4-5 years ago after the current one I had. They were quick to get to my home to replace it. In 2-3 instances since then when I had issues with the opener Precision was at my house the same fixing the problem. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door to help you with garage door issues. They are quick, friendly and reasonable.

Called early in the morning and the job was completed same day. My door was still in working order but showing signs of being tired and in need of service. Rep showed up right on scheduled time and made an assessment of should be done. He explained the options and asked what I wanted to do. I chose to do more than I originally intended because I was looking for a long-term solution, not just the cheapest fix. Rep did the job quickly and programmed the vehicle buttons to operate the door. I am impressed by how quiet the door operates now and am very happy with the results even though I spent more than I originally expected. I am happy.

We were stuck at home with our garage door spring broken and we were unable to open the door (we are seniors and didn't have the strength). Our neighbor came and opened the door so we could get our car out. I was really unsettled with the garage door not opening and called for emergency service. On a Saturday we had a serviceman within an hour. He explained the issue and did an additional inspection. After showing us the three options we made a choice and received a senior discount too. In about an hour we had a working and updated garage door. Thanks for handling our 'emergency' so promptly
