Precision solved my garage door problem admirably. My remote battery was dead. I tried replacing the battery, but I couldn't get it to work. Precision sent Lorenzo right away. He did a wonderful job. He explained that the garage opener motor had to be programmed to accept the new battery. Or, something like that! He checked the doors and fixed the batteries. He was very polite, friendly and helpful. I've just been in the habit of contacting Precision when needed; I haven't seen any advertising. They came very fast, but I couldn't arrange the appointment until the next day because of my own schedule.

Monday, I had the seal on my garage door replaced. Your Technician, Tony, did an excellent job, I was very pleased with his professionalism, and knowledge. Tony was courteous and answered any questions I had. I will definitely contact Precision Door for any future needs and ask for Tony to be the Technician. It was extremely nice to have a company so customer oriented , it's not that common in today's environment .

Installer was knowledgeable and confident and explained my options for the repair of my damaged garage door panel which would open but would not close. My garage door opener was old as well so he gave me options for a replacement which I took advantage off. He had everything on his truck available for the repair of the door and a replacement door opener. He was pleasant and cared about my satisfaction overall. His name is Freddie and I want to tell management that he is an excellent employee. Thanks for taking care of my Amarr garage door and bringing it back into full operational working order. Neighbors recommended your company. I liked the idea that you carried so much on your trucks so work could be done without dragging out appointments. We had a complete service on our garage door including a replacement of the controller. The representative did an excellent job of evaluating the issue, presenting options, and then completing all the work. The response was very quick to my call. Our problem was solved and your company exceeded our expectations.

Wow! I called and 2 hours later Tony showed up to fix the issue. It wasn't an easy fix like I had hoped, but he explained the problem in detail and gave me options for repair. In around an hour the project was completed and the result is quite an improvement to what we had been dealing with. We are very pleased.

Precision Door Service of Albuquerque installed my replacement garage door quite a few years ago so I knew I was going to call again when I needed a door tune-up and weather seal replaced. I was very lucky to get same day service and also get seasoned technician, Lorenzo Herrera. He built a new weather seal on the spot and did a thorough inspection and tightening. No other issues were identified. Class A job. Thank you Lorenzo.

I contacted Precision this morning and Lorenzo Herrera arrived shortly after 10 a.m., and was able to troubleshoot my system and fix the issue quickly. He was friendly and answered all my questions, and educated me on a couple of things I needed to know. I contacted Precision Garage Door Service because your company installed my garage doors in 2018. After reading many reviews and checking your BBB rating back then, I chose Precision.
