I contacted Precision this morning and Lorenzo Herrera arrived shortly after 10 a.m., and was able to troubleshoot my system and fix the issue quickly. He was friendly and answered all my questions, and educated me on a couple of things I needed to know. Exceptionally fast service, arriving in less than 2 hours. Performed an inspection of garage door and opener, reset the garage door opener resolving the door opening and closing which resolved the sealing of the door when fully closed. I called the office to schedule a routine inspection and service call, fully expecting to wait a couple of weeks to get on their schedule. She told me that they had a tech in Santa Fe that could swing by between four and six today to do the service work. Lorenzo called me shortly after and said he could be there earlier if I would be around. He showed up promptly, was very courteous, and did all the work needed and even adjusted some of the brackets that were a little off. I am a retired builder and would highly recommend precision door to anyone looking for top quality overhead doors. Gary runs a service oriented business, which unfortunately is rare these days.
