I couldn't get my car out of the garage this morning because my garage door wouldn't open. I found Precision Garage Door Service and decided to use them because of their high rating, and I was shocked that I was able to get a same day appointment. I also live in Edgewood. The times were so convenient for me which was a bonus. When Matt showed up, he was apologetic because he "took too long" but he was within my window, and I didn't mind. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything to me. He was not pushy when he was showing me the options for my garage door repair. It didn't take him very long to repair my door, and he had to put up with my howling dogs the whole time LOL. If I ever need garage door work, I will definitely use Precision Garage Door Service again and highly recommend you do the same.

Matt was our technician today. He was experienced, personable and professional. He did an initial inspection and told us what needed to be done to maintain our garage door in perfect order. Called early in the morning and the job was completed same day. My door was still in working order but showing signs of being tired and in need of service. Rep showed up right on scheduled time and made an assessment of should be done. He explained the options and asked what I wanted to do. I chose to do more than I originally intended because I was looking for a long-term solution, not just the cheapest fix. Rep did the job quickly and programmed the vehicle buttons to operate the door. I am impressed by how quiet the door operates now and am very happy with the results even though I spent more than I originally expected. I am happy.

Called Precision to evaluate my old Stanley garage door opener which was approx 25yo. And started giving me issues. I figured I was going to have it replaced. James came within the time frame slotted, James was very friendly, cordial and very knowledgeable, he started evaluating the cause of my issue right away and could have possibly repaired the old Stanley but I decided to go with one of the new belt garage door openers. James had everything installed within an hour and the old system taken down. I had used Precision in the past (broken spring) and im glad I called them again. the service was professional, the employee was well informed of the problem, fixed it quickly and tested the repair a few times making sure it worked. The repair was setting the codes, the door opened but when it shut, it came right back up. would not stay closed. I'm very happy with the visit except I thought the price was a little high for what was wrong. But we needed to have it fixed. thank you and great job the Tech did.

The name of Precision Door has been well-known to me for years. When I called, I was glad to learn that your company would provide service in Edgewood, NM. One severely damaged door was completely replaced, including reinforcement of the door and a new track. Another door was okay, but the track had wear and gunk from years of abandonment and mice/pack-rats. A new track and rollers was installed for that door. Awesome work, all while carefully avoiding disturbance of a huge owl nest with babies that was in the rafters between the two track sides. I really appreciated the care taken to protect the owl family. Again, Ryan was awesome to work with, along with his two-man crew.

Ryan called, arrived on schedule. He helped me decide what was needed for one full door replacement that would hold up in high wind. He also helped plan some replacement for a door which is still useable but needs track and wheel work. Ryan was very courteous and amiable. I enjoyed visiting with him while we looked over the barn door problems. I felt like I had made a friend. Prices quoted were fair, and work schedule was clearly explained.

Just wanted to say that Gary was polite, professional, knowledgeable and courteous, Gary called ahead of time for scheduled appointment and asked if he could arrive earlier than scheduled appointment and of course I told him absolutely. he analyzed the issue and told me what the cost upfront would be and also showed me different options I could go with. he performed the job accurately and had everything done in a short time, Gary also explained and showed me everything after he completed the job.
