6 Stars!! When the spring broke on my garage door, I knew I needed to secure service quickly. Your website, with its informative videos, professional appearance and 24/7 service quickly got my attention. Within 24 hours Rudy arrived with his cheerful smile and efficient knowledge. Along with the door repair, Rudy explained the improved rollers (sealed bearings)which I chose to do. I inquired for a replacing of the bottom seal, and Rudy went above and beyond to assure the new seal was a good tight fit when closed-especially at the corners. I live in a rural area, so this is important with the variety of nature looking for shelter! I enjoyed visiting with Rudy about his family, camping, how long he has worked with you, and the best pizza in the region right here in Edgewood! I will highly recommend your company and greatly appreciate your (his) expertise and professionalism. Thank you!

Gary came to our house to service a garage door opener that had a broken gear and possibly a bent shaft. Gary was very professional and I felt comfortable having him here in the house. Don't forget about the Military Discount!! That was very nice to discover!!

Precision was great. They responded the same day I called for service. Lorenzo was my service person. He kept me up to date as to when he would arrive and during his visit he was very professional and polite. The service received was adjusting the down force on the garage door and new rollers. I would give Lorenzo and Precision 5 stars!

I purchased a garage door tune-up on Angie's List and I was very pleased with the service. Will came on time and did the work I had purchased. He also replaced springs on one door because they were worn. He advised me about other things I could fix, but he didn't pressure me to do that at this time.

I needed to have my garage door repaired as it was having problems on opening. I was told that the rollers could be replaced but that wouldn't solve my real problem which was the door itself. So I went ahead with a new door. Within several days they arrived to install my new door. It has worked very well ever since.

I was amazed that upon calling Precision, they scheduled me for an appointment within an hour! Rudy did a great job explaining possible solutions by repairing our current ancient garage door versus replacing it. I had already made up my mind that I want a new door and Rudy was very patient as my partner and I duked it out over what to do. Long story short, we're getting a new door with a wood-toned finish AND an opener, which we don't currently have. I HIGHLY recommend using this company!!!
