Very impressed with professionalism of James through out the process, good communication re appointment, went thru inspection before quoting a price for repairs. He explained what was needed what he would do and the cost. It was all done quickly and he even offered to set the remote on my car so we did that. It's so nice to pull into my garage now!

Your technician James Serda worked on our garage doors yesterday Thursday the 23rd. He did an excellent job, and I recommend him very highly. He is thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. He explained every step of the work before he did it and was very clear about the pricing and the different options available. My wife and I enjoyed meeting him and having him do the garage door maintenance. he tested both doors several times and and made the necessary adjustment un til things worked perfectly.
