After 21 years one of my garage door openers died. I first called the company that had installed the original. I was promised a call back after two hours I called again and got forwarded to 3 different people and could not get an answer only that an expensive service call would be needed. I called Precision next and I could not believe the response. The lady that answered the phone was great and right on the ball. I was really impressed with her. She said a service call would be substantially less than the first quote and she was able to give me price estimates for new openers. Then the real kicker was when she said a tech could be out in a couple hours! Tony showed up in less than the estimated time and confirmed the old unit was dead and installed a new opener and door rollers. Tony was friendly, fast, and efficient. I was pleased with every aspect of this job.

The owner is very rude begins to speak to people as if they were stupid and doesn't take the time to clarify what was done what was it done what you're being billed for. Keith and Mario were an outstanding, efficient and coordinated team. It one hour 45 minutes to take out old door, install new one with opener. Incredibly quiet. Great service. Easy to call and schedule. Reasonable call out fee. They let you pick the best time for you and let you know when they're on the way. Jeff was friendly and fast.
