Great service. Easy to call and schedule. Reasonable call out fee. They let you pick the best time for you and let you know when they're on the way. Jeff was friendly and fast. We did have to call them out a second time to fix an issue and the second experience lived up to expectation. They had no problems working with our home warranty company. I would recommend and/or use again.

Woke up this morning to a garage door that wouldn't open. Reached out to Precision online. They scheduled an appointment that afternoon. The tech, Tyler, called to let us know he could come earlier if that was okay with us. Tyler was prompt, skilled, friendly, and very professional. He finished the job quickly, explaining what he was doing and why. He also told us about other products which we might find helpful. We are planning to install a new garage door within the year, and we are certain that we will go with Precision.

I had called 2 other companies who advertised garage door servicing, repairs, etc. but neither one sounded interested in what I needed (I wasn't even sure what I needed!), or they couldn't come at a time that was convenient for me (Saturday). When I called Precision I was amazed. Everyone very courteous and so eager to fix whatever the problem was. I expected to have to wait a week or two but was thrilled when I was scheduled for the very next day, which was a Saturday. The job was finished in a few hours; the young man who did the installation was great! Knew exactly what to do, explained everything so I could understand it; provided options for services, parts, costs. I am extremely pleased with the result.

I needed to see what could be done for our garage door that is about 25 yrs old and has lived a good life, but now needs a replacement. Ryan was scheduled to be at our home and arrived right on time. He evaluated the door, gave me an estimate which was very reasonsble, made a temporary fix till the new door is installed. I would recommend Precision Doors as a 5 star company. Will do a follow-up after the door is installed. Based on the experience so far a great company and Ryan is the best.

Garage door was having problems. After checking it out found a broken spring. Called Precision on Monday morning to set up an appointment. They said they would have someone here between 2 and 4pm on the same day. Well the tech called back before noon and advised he finished early and if OK would be here earlier. 30 minutes after call he was on site. After explaining the options available he was done in about an hour. Fast, Clean and Friendly. Would I call them again... YES. Tech knew what he was doing and would answer questions in a very professional manner.

Wow where do we start! First of all, we came home late one Friday evening to find out that our garage door would not open PERIOD! How we all take things for granted, right? We live in Los Lunas and have nobody locally here, so I found Precision Garage Door in the ABQ Yellow Pages with 24-hr. service offered. Even though we didn't opt to take advantage of the 24-hr. service, which they would have accommodated, they scheduled us immediately for the next day, Saturday. A technician by the name of Lorenzo Herrera showed up on time, actually earlier, professionally dressed in a company vehicle, and immediately assessed our problem, a broken spring. He recommended replacing both springs (since we had not repaired nor serviced for approx. 9 yrs) and did a full 25-pt. inspection and replaced some hardware and rollers that were needing replacement also. We opted to take the lilfe-time warranty as the pricing was reasonable and felt at ease knowing if this happens again, with these products, they will be here resolving at no additional cost. We would HIGHLY recommend this top-notched company and will be giving a business card to our neighbors in our sub-division to use. Lorenzo was very knowledgeable and kind and explained our options, with no sale pressure. Thank you for being there for us in our time of need!!
