Garage Door Repair Reviews in Los Lunas Area, NM (Updated June 2026)

Hi Art here, I called called to get my garage door looked at. The call was was very good. Had an appointment the same afternoon 4pm to 6pm. There tech. James call and wanted to arrive earlier, the earlier the better. Their inspection of the door found more wrong than I found. I asked a repair job. They did a great job, replaced parts, repaired wires, replaced rollers, oiled the door, and adjusted the door. Did great job.

Just as promised, the Precision dispatcher said I'd be contacted by the technician about 20 minutes before the appointment time and that is just what happened. When he arrived, Matt Chwirka, was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and his professionalism was spot on. The damage parts were obvious. He also showed me the wear and tear of the other parts of the door system. That prompted me to upgrade. He applied a senior discount without me even asking. Atta Boy, Matt. If I ever get the opportunity I will recommend Precision Garage Door Service to all inquirers. Money well spent. Thank you.

After 21 years one of my garage door openers died. I first called the company that had installed the original. I was promised a call back after two hours I called again and got forwarded to 3 different people and could not get an answer only that an expensive service call would be needed. I called Precision next and I could not believe the response. The lady that answered the phone was great and right on the ball. I was really impressed with her. She said a service call would be substantially less than the first quote and she was able to give me price estimates for new openers. Then the real kicker was when she said a tech could be out in a couple hours! Tony showed up in less than the estimated time and confirmed the old unit was dead and installed a new opener and door rollers. Tony was friendly, fast, and efficient. I was pleased with every aspect of this job.

Door rollers popping out of the track and the door 'dragged' badly when opening or closing. Mike came out and had the rollers replaced, door aligned and everything tightened up and lubed - in about 40 minutes! Super fast and the door is smoothly operating as new! Fast and courteous service from appointment to job completed! And... VERY reasonably priced! Thanks for a job well done! Would HIGHLY recommend!
