This was the 3rd time we have used your company. The first time was due to the old doors not working well. The 2nd time was for the installation of our new doors. This last time was due to an issue that arose with the new doors. The people who have come to our house are always, professional and informative. It was easy to get someone out to our home. Door rollers popping out of the track and the door 'dragged' badly when opening or closing. Mike came out and had the rollers replaced, door aligned and everything tightened up and lubed - in about 40 minutes! Super fast and the door is smoothly operating as new! Fast and courteous service from appointment to job completed! And... VERY reasonably priced! Thanks for a job well done! Would HIGHLY recommend!

The owner is very rude begins to speak to people as if they were stupid and doesn't take the time to clarify what was done what was it done what you're being billed for. Would not recommend the service to anybody.

Called Precision on a Thursday afternoon, Kevin came out Friday just after noon an gave me an estimate replace my old garage door and opener. He and Mario gave up their Saturday to do the work. Kevin and Mario were here by 9:00 am and were finished before 11:00. They were both very professional, friendly and completed the job smoothly and efficiently. Great service. Easy to call and schedule. Reasonable call out fee. They let you pick the best time for you and let you know when they're on the way. Jeff was friendly and fast. We did have to call them out a second time to fix an issue and the second experience lived up to expectation. They had no problems working with our home warranty company.
