Called Precision on a Thursday afternoon, Kevin came out Friday just after noon an gave me an estimate replace my old garage door and opener. He and Mario gave up their Saturday to do the work. Kevin and Mario were here by 9:00 am and were finished before 11:00. They were both very professional, friendly and completed the job smoothly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them and will not hesitate to call Precision again.

David was very helpful this morning. He communicated very clearly. We suggested that Precision put a video on their website regarding what to do when you have experienced a power outage, how to reset the opener.
