Just as promised, the Precision dispatcher said I'd be contacted by the technician about 20 minutes before the appointment time and that is just what happened. When he arrived, Matt Chwirka, was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and his professionalism was spot on. The damage parts were obvious. He also showed me the wear and tear of the other parts of the door system. That prompted me to upgrade. He applied a senior discount without me even asking. Atta Boy, Matt. If I ever get the opportunity I will recommend Precision Garage Door Service to all inquirers. Money well spent. Thank you.

I used precision to help with a broken dock door at work and they did such a great job that I asked them to replace the garage door opener in my personal home. Everyone I have dealt with from Catherine and Colleen in the office to Tony Acker and Jeremiah Dominguez out in the field We're very professional, helpful and did a phenomenal job. Door rollers popping out of the track and the door 'dragged' badly when opening or closing. Mike came out and had the rollers replaced, door aligned and everything tightened up and lubed - in about 40 minutes! Super fast and the door is smoothly operating as new! Fast and courteous service from appointment to job completed! And... VERY reasonably priced! Thanks for a job well done! Would HIGHLY recommend!

Lorenzo was the best! Professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. He installed a new motor and all the hardware, belts and keypads needed. The installation took less time than I thought. Would definitely recommend Precision to anyone!

On the initial inspection..Very amazed that the original door was NOT installed correctly. Second spring (for a double garage) was never installed. Very please with Mario (and I am sorry I do not remember the other gentleman's name) Both were very polite. Arrived on time and completed installation in a very timely manner. Would recommend Precision Doors to friends.

I called because my garage door did not close properly. I called at about 9 am and was able to get somebody to come out that afternoon. He came right on time, was very professional, and was able to diagnose and fix the problem in a timely manner. Replaced rollers and some other parts, lubricated everything, and explained things to me in a way that I understood it. The door seems to be working just fine now. As far as cost goes, I don't know if it was high, low, or average, but compared with what other people I know have paid, it seemed just about in the middle. I would not hesitate to call Precision again.

Great service! I feel Precision did a great job fixing my garage door opener. I had been told the opener was no good by other company's so I called Precision. They came out and fixed the unit for much less than replacing. Door works super THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!

Very professional installation of my garage door. Everything was explained to us on the door operation, and codes, even programed my car to the door. Also cleaned up after the door was installed. Hi Art here, I called called to get my garage door looked at. The call was was very good. Had an appointment the same afternoon 4pm to 6pm. There tech. James call and wanted to arrive earlier, the earlier the better. Their inspection of the door found more wrong than I found. I asked a repair job. They did a great job, replaced parts, repaired wires, replaced rollers, oiled the door, and adjusted the door. Did great job.
