Cleaned up after himself. The quote was to the penny. The tech was kind enough to let me know that weekly garbage pick was on my street. He got all the garbage to the curb. Did not replace items listed on the invoice that i waa changed for. About also falsifies information and documentation. The owner is very rude begins to speak to people as if they were stupid and doesn't take the time to clarify what was done what was it done what you're being billed for. Would not recommend the service to anybody.

Called Precision on a Thursday afternoon, Kevin came out Friday just after noon an gave me an estimate replace my old garage door and opener. He and Mario gave up their Saturday to do the work. Kevin and Mario were here by 9:00 am and were finished before 11:00. They were both very professional, friendly and completed the job smoothly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them and will not hesitate to call Precision again.

On the initial inspection..Very amazed that the original door was NOT installed correctly. Second spring (for a double garage) was never installed. Very please with Mario (and I am sorry I do not remember the other gentleman's name) Both were very polite. Arrived on time and completed installation in a very timely manner. Would recommend Precision Doors to friends.

Outstanding service. Came out the next day. Reviewed the situation and provided an estimate. One week later, they called ahead and arrived when stated. Keith and Mario were an outstanding, efficient and coordinated team. It one hour 45 minutes to take out old door, install new one with opener. Incredibly quiet. Eric Strauss recently endorsed them on KKOB radio as well. Precision earns its reputation.

Great service. Easy to call and schedule. Reasonable call out fee. They let you pick the best time for you and let you know when they're on the way. Jeff was friendly and fast. We did have to call them out a second time to fix an issue and the second experience lived up to expectation. They had no problems working with our home warranty company. Woke up this morning to a garage door that wouldn't open. Reached out to Precision online. They scheduled an appointment that afternoon. The tech, Tyler, called to let us know he could come earlier if that was okay with us. Tyler was prompt, skilled, friendly, and very professional. He finished the job quickly, explaining what he was doing and why. He also told us about other products which we might find helpful. We are planning to install a new garage door within the year, and we are certain that we will go with Precision.

I called because my garage door did not close properly. I called at about 9 am and was able to get somebody to come out that afternoon. He came right on time, was very professional, and was able to diagnose and fix the problem in a timely manner. Replaced rollers and some other parts, lubricated everything, and explained things to me in a way that I understood it. The door seems to be working just fine now. As far as cost goes, I don't know if it was high, low, or average, but compared with what other people I know have paid, it seemed just about in the middle. I would not hesitate to call Precision again.

I had called 2 other companies who advertised garage door servicing, repairs, etc. but neither one sounded interested in what I needed (I wasn't even sure what I needed!), or they couldn't come at a time that was convenient for me (Saturday). When I called Precision I was amazed. Everyone very courteous and so eager to fix whatever the problem was. I expected to have to wait a week or two but was thrilled when I was scheduled for the very next day, which was a Saturday. The job was finished in a few hours; the young man who did the installation was great! Knew exactly what to do, explained everything so I could understand it; provided options for services, parts, costs. I am extremely pleased with the result.
