I contacted Precision this morning and Lorenzo Herrera arrived shortly after 10 a.m., and was able to troubleshoot my system and fix the issue quickly. He was friendly and answered all my questions, and educated me on a couple of things I needed to know. I contacted Precision Garage Door Service because your company installed my garage doors in 2018. After reading many reviews and checking your BBB rating back then, I chose Precision.

Performed an inspection of garage door and opener, reset the garage door opener resolving the door opening and closing which resolved the sealing of the door when fully closed. Frankie and Matt arrived at my home promptly in the morning. They listened to my issues, concerns and needs before adequately assessing the situation with my garage door.
