Precision Door has been by far the most professional and competent service we have ever used. Tony Acker and Lorenzo Herrera are extraordinary talented technicians. When it comes service and knowledge there is absolutely nothing they are not able to overcome. Professional, competent and courteous. Same day service and arrived earlier than scheduled. This is the second visit that they have completed. Just as expertly done as the first visit. Both our garage doors run beautifully and barely emit just a whisper of noise. Absolutely perfect in every respect!

I am soo happy with my new garage door. Frank and Jerry are highly skilled, strong, efficient, courteous, and surprisingly fast at their work. It took them no time at all to remove the old door and install the new. They kindly helped me move an object too big and heavy for me to move, they cleaned up everything when they were done and then helped me put the heavy object back in place! I would hire Frank and Jerry in a minute for more work. Precision Garage Door of Albuquerque is an excellent place to go if you need a new garage door.

I opened my garage door Saturday morning of Labor Day weekend and the motor fell down onto the floor. Precision was out within two hours and repaired it. They're the best!

Scheduling an appointment was good. Joe arrived on time and did door/door mechanics inspection, replaced rollers and lubed all hinges. Good service and reliable.

We have a single door and a double door. The single door kept throwing the cable on both sides of the door. I called Precision on a Saturday around 10:00 in the morning and got an appointment the same day between 2 and 4 in the afternoon. The tech (Tony) called and said he could be there around 1:30. He came completely equipped with all parts necessary to complete the job. We elected to completely overhaul both doors complete with two new Liftmaster openers. A second tech arrived and they had both doors done by 4:30 that same day! New openers, bearings, springs, cables and rollers all replaced the remaing parts serviced and lubed for both doors. Outstanding customer service, knowledge and professionalism. That said the price was amazingly lower than expected. All that in one call and same day service. Very highly recomended!

We love our new garage door! Matt provided excellent service both with installation of the new opener and the new door. The new door is quiet, looks great, is much better insulated than our old one, and really adds to the appearance of our house. Thank you for and excellent product and excellent service! I was relatively pleased with the technician. He thought it might be the safety sensors so I asked him for a price. He said something in the neighborhood of 230.00 so I said to not do the replacement. I went to Lowes and found the same sensors for 40.00. Where do you get off charging 230.00 in addition to a service charge of 60.00 for a couple of cheap sensors. What a "deleted" rip-off. I won't be calling you again.
