The technician did a good job installing the door frame, door rails, and door. However, I was not pleased with the way the rubber seal was kinked due to a wrapping strap during shipment. This kind in the rubber seal creates an air gap between the bottom of the garage door and the floor. The installer said the kink in the rubber seal will go away when the weather warms up. Until the kink goes away or the rubber seal is replaced I do not consider this installation completed in an acceptable manner.

I am assured from our door distributor that this seal will expand with the warmer weather. I was very impressed with the professionalism of this company and Gary, the technician. I was able to make an appointment on Monday afternoon and by Tuesday morning at 9am the work was done. Gary was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He showed up on time, a little early even, with a call beforehand. He presented me with a couple of options and I went for the "lifetime warranty" option which made sense for us. My only complaint is that the price was higher than I expected. That said, Gary's work was top notch and the equipment (new springs, rollers and main bearing wheels) was a clear upgrade from what was there when we bought the house. One other small complaint was that I had to call three times before I could get through - the first two times I was hung up on. I understand that the company has just put in a new phone system so some minor problems are understandable. It was nice to receive an appointment confirmation via email, and also a clear invoice for the services, via email right after the service was completed. Nice company to deal with.

I have an oversized double garage door with massive torsion springs. I found Precision while trying to compare repair companies. The reviews were positive and I needed it fixed asap. The serviceman arrived within 3 hours of the call and replaced the springs within the hour. Kind, courteous and efficient. My only issue was when the bill was paid my coupon was not applied. Will use again.

The service was excellent. The guy who came to my house was friendly and knowledgeable. He was selling garage door repairs, but he didn't pressure me to buy more than I wanted. But he was selling a package, which left me feeling uneasy. Also, the reason I give this four stars, when I would typically give it five, is that what I paid was at least twice as much as the person on the phone quoted me beforehand I made an appointment. I think I have a good door, in good operating order, which will last a good long while. I bought the basic package because I had trouble with this door just a couple years ago, but the difference between the quote and what the guy at my house asked, and the fact that he was presenting packages to me left me with some serious misgivings.

Trevor was a great technician and conducted his business as a total professional. My only concern was not on his part but the person who quoted the $49.50 fee over the phone. Within a minute of him getting out of the truck suddenly the fee jumped to $89, then after replacing the wireless keypad the end total was $129.
