We called Precision because our garage door would not open due to a broken spring. We could not even manually open the garage door and my car was trapped in the garage. Precision immediately sent a terrific repair person, James, to fix the problem within 3 hours of our call. He replaced the spring and bearings and did some lubrication and inspection. James did a terrific job and was professional and knowledgable. Thank you Precision.

Precision did a fantastic job! The appointment was scheduled quickly, for the next day after I called. The technician, Matt, showed up right at the beginning of the scheduled time slot. He was very professional and knowledgeable, rapidly diagnosing the problem and planning and carrying out the repair. He explained what he was doing and gave me different options for the repair, allowing me to choose the one I wanted. You guys inspected and repaired my 50 year-old wooden double car garage door last year when I bought the house. I just had a small problem with it, and Lorenzo came out this morning. Yes, an appointment was made for the next day. Tony, my technician, was courteous and professional. I wanted a garage door tune up. Also my code pad outside the garage door was not working. Tony suggested try a new battery. Tony said I needed new rubber sealers all around the 3 sides of the garage. And he said as long as I was doing that I should replace the wood on all 3 sides too. He gave me 2 estimates. I told him I could not afford either one. I thanked him and he left.

Antonio, the service technician was extremely thorough and professional. He troubleshot my 22 year old opener and told me it was the motor, and it wasn't worth the cost to repair it. He then installed a new Genie opener and even programmed my wife's car for me. He did an Outstanding Job from start to finish.

Precision sold my garage door opener 4-5 years ago after the current one I had. They were quick to get to my home to replace it.
