I had my garage door replaced there was splitting on my frame around the door they came in and took good care of it my garage door looks great I want to think Frank and Matt for all the good work they did here I'm really happy if I ever need anything again I will call precision thank you

Thank you for your prompt response to my problem. My garage door would not come down. The original national company that installed it was totally not helpful, their repairman was hurt and no one was available today or in the future! Champion came out within two hours and quickly fixed the problem which had to do with the way the unit wiring was installed. The repairman was helpful and polite and explained the problem to me. I will call them in the future for any issues that arise.

I couldn't get my car out of the garage this morning because my garage door wouldn't open. I found Precision Garage Door Service and decided to use them because of their high rating, and I was shocked that I was able to get a same day appointment. I also live in Edgewood. The times were so convenient for me which was a bonus. When Matt showed up, he was apologetic because he "took too long" but he was within my window, and I didn't mind. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything to me. He was not pushy when he was showing me the options for my garage door repair. It didn't take him very long to repair my door, and he had to put up with my howling dogs the whole time LOL. If I ever need garage door work, I will definitely use Precision Garage Door Service again and highly recommend you do the same.
