I signed up for a five-year maintenance and warranty contract. While the contract says it is my responsibility to contact Precision each year for lube and fine tuning, they called me to set up an appointment. Their knowledge is unsurpassed. This company aims to please, and they do.

This is the third tech from Precision that has been here for garage door service/maintenance over the past several years. Every one has been absolutely the epitome of politeness and professionalism. Lorenzo, the tech that came today, displayed an exceptional knowledge of garage door operations and technical matters. We couldn't be more pleased.

From start of choosing the garage doors to the finish installation, it was flawless. Everyone we dealt with at Precision were curious and knowledgeable. We were surprised to have the owner, president and CEO of Precision garage doors coming out with two other employees to install both of the doors. Of all the garage door companies that we talked with, we are glad we chose Precision Garage Doors. And the doors we chose are beautiful and unlike any that we had looked at at the other companies.
