I chose Precision Garage Door by chance off the Internet. I called them at about 9:30 AM on Tuesday, and was told a technician would be at my home between noon and 2 PM. Lorenzo arrived a bit before noon. After an inspection, he showed me that the cables were fraying and the bearings were not operating smoothly. He replaced the springs, cables, pulleys, bearings and all rollers and lubed all hinges by about 1 PM. He was cheerful, knowledgeable and very efficient. A huge thumbs up for PGD!

Needed the emergency service as the Garage door spring broke, locking both vehicles in the garage in a sense. The tech was prompt, knew exactly what to do, and got it done quickly with all the parts he needed on the truck. Price was a little high, but what else could I o. I was kind of over the barrel. I called ,they were able to come out tonight .James Magee sent me a text with picture that he was on his way and asked if it’s ok to come earlier.(yes good for me) I knew who to expect was nice.He gave me choices and explained all of them after he figured the problem out .He was very friendly and professional and got the job done fast. Emergency was cheaper then elsewhere But he gave me regular rate and a senior discount .Im very pleased with your service .

I have used your company in the past and was very pleased with the results. However,this recent time I was not entirely satisfied. When I called to have work done I asked what the charges would be and I was told a price,which when the tech arrived was not true. I asked why and he said that he needed an adapter for the bottom of the door to do the job. Should have been told of this possibility when I called for appointment. Upshot was that this job cost 3 times what I was quoted. I felt that I was trapped into doing this repair because if I declined it would still cost me $80. The tech said it was already figured into the bill, very misleading. Will not use your company again,although was done satisfactorily.

James was an excellent communicator both texting and calling with his estimated arrival time. He immediately was able to diagnose my problem which required a new spring loaded system to operate my door. James didn’t try to “up-sell” me any new equipment (ie motor) although I will likely need one in the near future. I would definitely use precision Door again when needed.
