I was having trouble with my garage door opening-sometimes my remote would work and sometimes not. Precision Garage Door was the first one that I had called who would be able to come on a Sunday. Mr. Chwirka arrived on time and was very courteous and explained what was wrong with my current door opener-due to the age and condition of my old one, I was very glad that he had a new one on the truck. I called Precision Saturday morning and Matt came out by 4pm on the same day!! The spring and rollers were either broken or frozen. It took Matt 1.5 hours to completely replace all these itmes. Great job Matt!

Office staff is great. Took the time to check the regular schedule. and the emergency staff available. Our door would not close, and within a couple of hours James Magee called and said he was on his way. He knew right away needed repair, how he was going to do it, and explained everything needed to be done. Wow so impressive. A great working door now. James knew what he was doing, made us feel so relieved with the job he was doing.

We called to have our garage doors maintained. No one had touched them since they had been installed twenty years ago. I called Precision on the recommendation of a friend. Lorenzo showed up that very afternoon. Looked over our three doors and gave us three different estimates. Since garage doors lifetime is usually of 12 to 15 years we decided to have him completely work them over. That very day Lorenzo started work and installed new motors, rails, and lighting, along with new keypads on the outside. He came back the next afternoon and finished up with the RV garage door. I would recommend Precision Garage Door Service and Lorenzo to anyone.

Called around noon and was provided an appointment that day. Technician arrived as was projected and diagnosed the problem then gave us several options to choose from for repairs from most economical to most expensive allowing us to decide and call back when we had done so. Problem and solution(s) were thoroughly and clearly explained as well as an explanation that if we chose them to do the repair we chose, they would not be charging us another fee to return. Thank you, Mike G.!!! Will definitely be calling them (him) to come back for the repair!!!

I called on a Friday and someone arrived within 2 hours to install my garage door opener. Lorenzo Herrera was my technician and when he arrived he made some suggestions and quoted me a price to upgrade my old garage door system. I would easily give Lorenzo 5/5 stars for customer service, professionalism, and kindness. He is meticulous and did an outstanding job installing my garage door opener and upgrading my old system. He even took the time to help me understand how to use the myQ app on my phone. I would highly recommend Lorenzo for any job. I cannot recall the name of the person who answered the phone but she was very kind and courteous and took the time to be patient and answer all my questions.

My garage door would not open. I contacted another company and they couldn’t come out for two to three days. I searched on Google for a local company and the Precision Garage Door ad stated “same day service”. They live up to their claim. Frankie showed up within 2 hours of me calling them. He immediately performed a 28 point inspection and diagnosed the problem. I ended up purchasing a new belt drive system, replacing the noisy chain drive. We are extremely pleased with the new opener and with Frankie’s knowledge and personality. I highly recommend this professional company!!

I chose Precision Garage Door by chance off the Internet. I called them at about 9:30 AM on Tuesday, and was told a technician would be at my home between noon and 2 PM. Lorenzo arrived a bit before noon. After an inspection, he showed me that the cables were fraying and the bearings were not operating smoothly. He replaced the springs, cables, pulleys, bearings and all rollers and lubed all hinges by about 1 PM. He was cheerful, knowledgeable and very efficient. A huge thumbs up for PGD!

Needed the emergency service as the Garage door spring broke, locking both vehicles in the garage in a sense. The tech was prompt, knew exactly what to do, and got it done quickly with all the parts he needed on the truck. Price was a little high, but what else could I o. I was kind of over the barrel.
