I called Precision because my garage door would not open & I could not get my car out. The callback was fast & a technician was scheduled for later in the day. Much to my surprise he called & said he could come early. Lorenzo was so polite, professional & knowledgeable. He observed my Apple Watch & phone & explained that the opener would be connected to those devices. We made the decision to get a new opener, since mine was 15 years old. The installation was great & Lorenzo helped me get everything set up on my phone & gave me clear & simple instructions. The new system is awesome & the service was outstanding. So many times people don't call back or show up. To get same day service just made my life so much easier. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.
