These guys came out in a snowstorm to replace our 23-year-old garage door opener. Gave me a quote, did the work cleaned up and were out in an hour. PLUS, the guy that did the work was a super nice guy and we had a great talk while he installed the new opener. Second time we have had this company out and will call them in the future if we have garage door problems.

Wow! I called and 2 hours later Tony showed up to fix the issue. It wasn't an easy fix like I had hoped, but he explained the problem in detail and gave me options for repair. Spring repair. Technician left the resident; however, I attempted to operate the garage door that now won't fully close, stops at 4/5th point and automatically goes back up. Rail sensors appear to be operating normally. Technician returning to resident to repair on 1-16-25 after 4:30 pm.

I called the office to schedule a routine inspection and service call, fully expecting to wait a couple of weeks to get on their schedule. She told me that they had a tech in Santa Fe that could swing by between four and six today to do the service work. Lorenzo called me shortly after and said he could be there earlier if I would be around.
