Technician arrived as was projected and diagnosed the problem then gave us several options to choose from for repairs from most economical to most expensive allowing us to decide and call back when we had done so. Problem and solution(s) were thoroughly and clearly explained as well as an explanation that if we chose them to do the repair we chose, they would not be charging us another fee to return.
