Precision installed a new garage door and opener motor in February 2024 and came out to check on an issue I was having. The technician --I believe Fernando--examined everything and found all in good working order. The issue might have been caused by debris I had subsequently removed that may have triggered the safety mechanism. Excellent experience in both transactions with Precision and I am so glad to have discovered the firm through its high ratings.

Technician arrived as was projected and diagnosed the problem then gave us several options to choose from for repairs from most economical to most expensive allowing us to decide and call back when we had done so.
