Frankie and Matt arrived at my home promptly in the morning. They listened to my issues, concerns and needs before adequately assessing the situation with my garage door. After 21 years one of my garage door openers died. I first called the company that had installed the original. I was promised a call back after two hours I called again and got forwarded to 3 different people and could not get an answer only that an expensive service call would be needed. I called Precision next and I could not believe the response. The lady that answered the phone was great and right on the ball. I was really impressed with her. She said a service call would be substantially less than the first quote and she was able to give me price estimates for new openers. Then the real kicker was when she said a tech could be out in a couple hours! Tony showed up in less than the estimated time and confirmed the old unit was dead and installed a new opener and door rollers. Tony was friendly, fast, and efficient. I was pleased with every aspect of this job.

We called to have our garage doors maintained. No one had touched them since they had been installed twenty years ago. I called Precision on the recommendation of a friend. Lorenzo showed up that very afternoon. Looked over our three doors and gave us three different estimates. Since garage doors lifetime is usually of 12 to 15 years we decided to have him completely work them over. That very day Lorenzo started work and installed new motors, rails, and lighting, along with new keypads on the outside. He came back the next afternoon and finished up with the RV garage door. Saturday July 20 at 3:30 PM. Mainspring broke. Could not open the garage door. Called Precision at 4:30 PM. They could have a man here Sunday 8:00-10:00 AM. Man showed up at 8:20 AM. Diagnosed problem. Prepared 3 quotes, basic, mid-upper level, upper level. I accepted hybrid mid-upper w/some upper level options. Man started word 8:50 AM, completed 9:30 AM. Even though it was a Sunday this was a routine service call, nothing special because it was a Sunday. Could not ask for anything better.
